This app is awful! It never loads my account information, ever! The only time it does is when payment is due, go figure! Obviously its not the app but the damn service! Constantly in and out of service in Portland. It's crappy! Also, when you try to call it is an annoying recording and when you finally get through to someone it's some indian speaking person that all sounds the same with the same names. No one can ever truly help you. I'm looking to switching. Worst company, customer service, and device period!

This app has become a big hassle. I've been using the app for years to pay my bill for years with no problem, and now every time I try to pay I get an error then I call customer service and the payment can't go through with them either. I'm told to go to a store and I get charged the extra fee.... Like whyyyyy!!!!! Is this happening. I called my bank and there's is nothing wrong on there end!!!!!!!!! . This needs to be fixed.

Now they send a pin instead of just making you enter your password. It's a hassle trying to make a payment. And Metro does not protect against spam and harassing unsolicited texts. In addition, I live within a stones throw of two towers and lose my connection 2 to 3 times a day! I was literally filling out a survey from Metro and they were asking my specific complaints of why I would never recommend them and I lost the data connection! Searching for new carrier.

Terrible. The app won't even open on my phone anymore after this update. I've been using it for years to pay my bill, now I can't even pay the bill. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would you change it, it was working fine. Fix it or you're going to lose customers. Nobody wants to take 20 minutes to go online, get text codes, re add all their payment information etc. We already had the app. Fingerprint, choose your card, pay, done. It was simple. Now you're forced to pay online or in person?? Not ok.

Required to do an update then had to jump through a bunch of hoops, enter a verification code, "accept" terms, authorize a bunch of stuff, look at ads and go on a search just to PAY MY BILL!!! All I wanted to do was give you guys my money but I had to do too much work to do that! Whatever this silly update was supposed to be for seems like you don't want people to be able to pay their phone bill.

Whatever changes are made to the app screw the app up. I'm not able to make any payments and they keep on telling me I'm process my car too many times in the last 24 hours that I need to wait 24 hours. And then I wake up in 4 hours and my car doesn't work. And then I called back and they tell me Well you process your card in the last 24 hours you need to wait but it's like no you just told me not to do that yesterday so I waited 24 hours so the system is just completely jacked and then I try to go in with a different Save card and it still giving me the same error message that I can't use that card or y'all can't process the card. I don't know what glitches you fixed in the system or what but I've always been able to use my cards until I updated the app. This is so inconveniencing and frustrating...My account has been suspended now three times because of this.

they changed the app, to make online payments. I logged in multiple times, only to keep getting logged out. and the log back in. They made it very frustrating. It wouldn't even show the balance I owed , when I finally got to the payment section. This new app sucks. What was wrong with the way it was. I'm all fir security. but that was ridiculous.

Deceptive. This app represented by the above icon no longer works. The new and only app that does wants location permissions for T-Mobile Tuesday and there is no work around. Ridiculous! No! I'll pay as a guest online. It's like the free tablet they just offered me. $279 with instant rebate is not free. That's so Sorry! I'm ashamed to say I've been a customer for years. Thing may be changing. I'll miss having a tower so close to my house! But enough!

Previously left 5* review, app WAS great, I literally asked you all never to change it. Suddenly, I'm now UNABLE TO OPEN IT at all, was told by app's error message to go download latest version, so I come to Play Store but get msg: "This app is incompatible with your device, Contact the developer for more info." Have been faithful customer for over a decade! I deserve to be able to utilize the convenience if the app without having to change my freaking phone. Please fix it!

TNT: Not happy with this app, it use to work really well when I first signed up. It was the best for making payments without having to go into the store or use 611. Not happy with it at all, and I can see also, that it's hit or miss on certain costumers who have been getting issues with same problems. Can it be fixed please. If there is no need for this we should be able to uninstall it. Especially because I haven't seen and update in a while.....

This app is horrible!!! For at least the past 6 months when I try to make my payment through the app it tells me there's some sort of error and it can't process my card. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my, I'm far from broke. I end up having to call customer service and having to have them processed my payment for me because the app is so screwed up. Fantastic company, but guys, not every company has to have an app, stick with what y'all know, phone service.

I've had MetroPCS for years and the service has not been an issue. My issue is that the app never works. I keep getting an error message that I need to verify I have the latest version of the app (I do), to power cycle my phone (which doesn't work), and to make sure I'm connected to the network with 3G or 4G (I am). Having an app that allows you to manage your account and pay your bill is only convenient when IT WORKS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS! Fix the app!

They updated the app for no reason whatsoever. I just want to make my payments, but it won't even let me sign in. The temporary codes they send out arrive HOURS LATER (when they're no longer valid). And if you click on "Continue without logging in," you get taken to a hideous new homepage littered with ads. Of course those load in and function perfectly. I'm sick and tired of ads being forced down my throat everywhere I go.

I would just like to pay my bill a couple weeks early. That's the only reason I even get on the app. It asks me to update, but I already had and it asks again. It wont load so I can go to the account page and seems to freeze. I will say that Boost mobile gives 15g of hot spot with all the fixins for about $20 cheaper a month. If these problems arent fixed, Ill switch services and by the looks of it, many others will be switching also in no time.

This app is a complete mess. It doesn't give you options for things you pay for (Amazon Prime, for one) and there's literally no point to it anymore unless you're just paying a bill that has a convenience fee for doing anything. Also, if you extend your payment for 72 hours (I was overbilled, it wasn't resolved), you.cannot even speak to customer service anymore in that status. The app also collects a lot of your data.

This app has completely gone to hades in a handbasket. It has, literally, become unusable. I have been using it for years to pay my bill. Now i can't even do that. I cant even enter my name. Enter the first letter and then nothing.. No more entry. It may or may not pop in the second lettet after 20 to 30 seconds, it may or may not. Utterly ridiculous. What the heck have you done? Look, if it isn't broke and it works, DO NOT SCREW WITH IT. It it trying to do waaaay too many things. Stop it!

The Metro app SUCKS! It's TERRIBLE! I used to be able to pay my bill through the app with no problems. It was easy; quick, and simple. But lately EVERY single time I attempt to pay my bill, Metro sends a USELESS code number, I enter the number just to be told it's incorrect when, in fact, it is CORRECT! Now I have to travel to the goddamn store to pay my bill! And I'm PISSED!!!😕

While by no means terrible - it's still a long way from perfect. If you're stuck between having to do it through the app or through the phone then this really is the better option. Plus there aren't any in-app purchases. Though it would be so much better if they removed the ads and redesigned the app accordingly so. At least it has a modern interface that has minimal issues with its functionality.

Terrible and see I'm not the only person saying the same, used to be able to pay my bill with ease. Can't pay from the text like I used to and neither of the 2 apps work either. When call to pay thru customer service was told my card was ran to many times and wait 24 hours this is after CS tried, after 2 days finally paid and was told to upgrade my app to find out I had already did it.

This use to be a great app, you could pay your bill on your phone, it was so convenient!! Now the app is awful and every time I want or need to use my phone I'm forced to look at a bunch of ads. They take over my lock screen and force open a web page to said ads after I unlock. Worst "update" ever. I've been with metro for about 10 years and have always liked it, but now I can't stand all the forced ads.
