So here's my honest take on Metronome & Time Trainer by Ju. I've tested a bunch of music practice apps and this one's definitely one of the more full-featured ones I've tried. The core metronome functions work really well, and I love the extra tools for developing my internal timing. That said, the UI could use some work and it has a bit of a learning curve. But if you put in the time to figure it out, it's a super handy app to have in your toolkit.

Description

Been using Metronome & Time Trainer by Ju for a couple months now. It’s basically a really detailed metronome with a bunch of extra features to help you improve your timing and rhythm. Pretty solid app if you’re into music practice or learning an instrument.

Here’s what you can do: there’s the classic metronome with options to change the tempo, accent certain beats, and pick different sounds. But it also has these cool tools like Bar Breaks, Random Beat Drop, and Speed Upper that help you train your internal timing away from the metronome. Took me a while to figure some of that stuff out, but it’s been really useful.

Look, if you’re a musician or just someone who likes to jam out, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job and helps me stay on beat. Worth checking out for sure.
