A friend of mine says I should try using mico, and I did.. I liked how cheaper the gifts and got alot of effects which I think I like so much, only problem is that when I buy some coins using all credit every time I buy a big amount of coins, they charge me separate amount, if I bought 50 or 250 dollar they charge me extra .89 and it didn't say they will charge u extra .. it only show up on ur bank account, so I try to deactivate it but there's no option sad..

Well i was just going to suggest more options in the intrest. Like for music im not really into any of the options. Im more into drum and bass or EDM. Nothing there reflects that. The intrest tags are a bit different thst what you see in other apps. They name specific movies instead of just genres. The intrest tags need work. Reading some of the reviews has me rethinking this.

The app is ok though difficult to navigate. However, there is zero chance of a decent conversation. Most people who interacted with me soon proved to be catfish. If you like being called babe every 2 seconds and having your questions ignored because no one understands basic English, this is the app for you! I'm deleting.

Very Bad app. I installed it to meet new people however the broadcaster is more interested in gifts and hearts than actually entertaining or interacting with people. This is just not for me. Furthermore if you create your account you should know that the data is going to be there with them forever and cannot be deleted and no photo can be deleted so be wise what you post. If it helps please mark it helpful so that more people know about this also kindly report this app so it can be removed!

Really sketchy, I downloaded and linked my Facebook, within a second of getting on, I decided I wanted to delete the app. I went to delete my account first and couldn't find anywhere how to. I contacted customer service because I don't just want some abandoned account on there. They asked me for ID. I just signed up, with Facebook?? And wouldn't help unless I gave private info. Pretty sure this is some information scam.

BEWARE!!! Realized app was a scam and asked for account deletion, account was 'frozen' instead for something a prior group of users did? The developer seemed highly unprofessional when I spoke with them and they are definitely in this 100% for your account info. I'll be reporting this app and developer, and encourage you to do so as well. BEWARE!!!

Being a free to use app it has the unavoidable clutter of fake accounts. But i can happily say that if you block and report them they are dealt with in a swift manner. There is a very large and diverse selection of live streamers looking for anything from a following for a career on the app to a few friends to get closer to and find a special connection. You can find it all on mico and im proud to be a member who has found a very stable and loving long distance relationship with an amazing woman

Worst expirence ever. I have been trying to DELETE account for 1 year. I've talked to customer service and emailed every single company email I could find and they will not delete my account. I'm so frustrated. This can't be legal. I've read so many reviews stating the same thing. 1 YEAR. That's insane. Anyone successful delete their account?

This app is fun to use and a great place to hang out with my friends who live far from me and make new ones. This app is mutli-purpose, but I mainly use it to boardcast and watch/talk to other live streamers. The conversion rate is the best I've seen in a live streaming app. And even the smaller coin gifts have animation which is so cute to see.

Lots of people here, easy to use app, simple to make a profile. Yet unable to delete profile, people look to be only from ~8 cities across the world, & app is challenging to understand; it looks like a cross between a dating, and mass chatroom type of thing. Unfortunately, it's just not for me.

I installed this very recently, but I have a few complaints already just from the reviews left by other users and my limited use. Policy changes should not be made lightly, especially when people are relying on your app for income, I agree with the Exchange complaints. It was not straightforward how to find the terms and conditions and privacy policy, both should be linked in the app in the about section. I ended up finding your website from the domain of the email address of the support team.

It's okay overall but it's personalized based on your age. I remember setting my age right at the beginning but it keeps saying im 22 years old (I'm 17). I went to change it... Again. And it says it was updated, however i looked again and it wasn't. And no it's not just saying im 22 it's personalized. I went to the customer support bot and they said to change it a day later, so i did: no effect. Please fix this, and maybe i will download again and rate better.

So far, I have had severe difficulty in accessing other broadcasts. I can see the chat scroll fine, but I have no audio, and nothing but a load screen for video, I am on my 10th reinstall right now. I am a verified broadcaster there, and I can't even broadcast bc my viewers can't even talk to me! **Edit 1. It is now 2/26, and my issue still has yet to be resolved, I would love to have the ability to use mobile internet again, what happened?

Profile is terrible, can't change or update anything. It pulled from my google account and wouldn't let me edit or finish filling in missing information. Can't delete the account either, I can only log out of it. Created the account and within 2 seconds had people messaging me without posting or having any social activity. Super weird, deleting. Response: you need to give the app a whole going over before it's usable. At it's current state it's nothing but a headache.

There's so many ads & I've barely been on this app for 5 minutes. Listen, ads are fine, but these ads play for 30 seconds & then another short ad after it & then, after a couple of minutes, the cycle repeats. The nearby section didn't work for me at all, you don't get to choose your own age range, and if you already couldn't tell this is a money hungry app. You have to pay to promote yourself among other things. It's just annoying so I wouldn't even bother if I were you.

Be ware, there might have been a fraud bug if you use Momo as the payment to recharge. My money was sent but there was no response nor change in the amount of coins on my account, luckily it was only $10, not more. Online customer is absolutely a bot, and so is the email support, no response whatsoever. The one star is for the nice people I have met on the app. Otherwise, it would have been negative :)
