Glitchy lately. Will pull up a blank screen when opening a PDF. Will keep new Word docs "read only" even though my subscription automatically permits editing. Deleted, reinstalled, tried a forced stop. Going to keep trying. I used to use the app daily; but if it isn't working, I may drop my subscription and switch to Google. I don't want to.

I don't like being FORCED into things. And being forced into AI, Is big No to me. Already working on trying to transfer documents from one drive to close accounts with microsoft. However they don't make it easy for someone who doesn't own a computer. Mobile devices are all I have and I can't move anything from OneDrive not even through the Internet. Another good reason to drop Microsoft.

I wish I knew how to use everything . Why doesn't my Microsoft 365 copilot start after I've logged in on my Android? I've had nothing but problems with all Microsoft apps. I've reached out to yoir customer service 20 times. I've filled.out forms and still Noone gets back to me.. I.pay $14.00.a .month now. I've been a paying client for almost 6 years. help.me!!!!!

Pain in the rear end. Try to sign in, and I get "Trying to sign you in from another app. Please try again later." I DON'T WANT to stay signed in. This inability to sign in easily frequently makes me use another app. I don't want every single document I view to be put in the cloud. But I also don't want to this major hassle every single time I do try to use it.

Microsoft 365 combined Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and more all in one platform. There are no significant bugs I am experiencing when using the application. The application is quite excellent in my opinion. I absolutely hope new features will continue to be added that improves and enhances Microsoft 365. Well done Microsoft!

Long term subscriber now cancelled and moved to another app which is actually more expensive. so that tells you how bad it's been for me. Each update gets worse on my device. I can't directly scan photos because it now cuts them off since a few updates back. I get advert banners despite being a paid subscriber on android, but not ipad. However ipad keeps crashing. More than once I have spent hours on a document to get to the end and it's lost. I don't find the Ai to be as good as another I use.

Horrible!!! Every time I try to log in on my computer, it doesn't update my payment information. It recognizes it here on google play, but never on my laptop. I've reached out to your customer service numerous times, and they can't get it fixed. They always send me the verification code, everything is verified, and nothing updates. I need this on my computer more than my phone.

Installed Microsoft 365 app on my phone and was alarmed by the permissions—allowing access, modification, or deletion of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files without notice. Copilot’s explanation that it “sounds risky (but isn’t usually)” is unacceptable for sensitive business data. I pay $130/year and expect guaranteed security, not vague reassurances. I uninstalled the app and won’t use it again until Microsoft offers clearer protections.

Utter clown show. Microsoft continue to make their offering worse, less reliable, and less professional through the compulsory addition of poorly implemented and just plain broken AI features. It has gotten to the point that correcting AI mistakes and finding workarounds has become a significant impediment to just doing my job. At every opportunity I'm choosing to work in alternative products.

Won't sync. Very annoying. No matter how often I save my document from my desk top copilot only wants to open a version of the file from 3 months ago. Although the app works for some things, this makes it a lot less useful and a lot more frustrating. From 5 stars to 2. Please fix, I really appreciated being able to access my files remotely.

For the past month, the app has been unstable and crashes frequently. Right while I'm in the middle of writing. I'm not doing anything extreme with it at all. No formatting, no tables, nothing - except entering letters and it randomly crashes every few minutes. And unless I save what I'm doing manually, I lose whatever has not been auto saved. MS, help?

Crashed multiple times when Word is used. I was using Word to take a note during my experiment, but it always closes itself now and then, that made me to save my progress periodically by going out and in of application multiple times just to avoid my progress loses when the crashes happen again. Disappointing, given that this app is supposed to be a flagship app. And not to mention we need to subscribe to it.

At least 3 times now I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app. It'll work fine for months then randomly start telling me that my account doesn't have access to edit documents or spreadsheets. I try signing into my Microsoft account again and it still gives me an error. I do pay for an annual 365 subscription! As soon as I reinstall it, it works fine, but I lose all my custom settings and the default nagging "help" prompts start over again.

M365 copilot redesign is awful. I just want to access my office files. In order to find files now, I have to click the three line menu button, then go to create (bad name), then click the folder button. Then, I have to scroll through a huge list of files because there is no way to search or sort them in any way. The file I always need to access is 100+ spots down the page because supposedly I haven't edited it in a year, despite editing it an hour ago. Terrible job Microsoft. Copilot is bad.

I don't know a company that is more out of touch with what their customers want than Microsoft. Forcing Copilot into everything with no way to disable it. This app is no longer office 365 with copilot, it's copilot with crippled office 365. It's so buggy and difficult to edit excel or PowerPoint on the go that I just get out my laptop and tether an Internet connection to my phone. Might as well delete this app and free up space on my phone.

It got one because I couldn't give less. 90 minutes trying to edit ONE paragraph and place it. Still never got done. I can tell the programmer was one of those types that when faced with a problem would say, "Just can't do it Mom, but I'll bet the print shop is still open! yeah ..take it there". This is MICROSOFT? I expected better. I expected SOMETHING. But instead of freeing up some time, I had to divert it, to be sure this thing didn't eat my work! Don't sweat your jobs. Locked out now (lol)

I hate that I'm forced to use this. I used to be able to do everything with the Teams app. Now I have to use this and it doesn't work. I can't do over half what I could before without getting yet another app, which still doesn't work. This one mostly worked around a year ago, but recently it literally can't do anything. It crashes, makes me sign in 5 times per document, etc. Incredibly, this app is even worse on the computer! On the computer, almost impossible. Not to mention the AI garbage!

I absolutely despise how it automatically opens to the copilot chat every time. I'm using this app so that I can access my files on my phone, not to talk to some robot. Completely inaccessible and frustrating to use—and once I finally do figure out how to get to files, which is under "search" for some reason, it takes at least 15 minutes of syncing time to open anything. I don't know why I bother.

I use it to sync my work between my laptop, phone, and tablet. It is amazing when it works. However, I have begun having issues over the last year with the app on my phone and tablet not syncing updated work. No matter how many times you force a sync, it will not pull in any docs. (And yes, I did check for updates each time, and there were none) The only solution I've found thus far is to completely remove the app and re-download it. After that, there are no more issues.

The app was usable, functional, and effective. Then they "updated" it and the appearance changed. Now I have to click click click to get to the documents I want, which used to be accessible every time I opened the app. Sorry but not everyone wants to chat with AI, search for what should be right there, or create a project. Miserable fail.
