I have to rate is low since it won't even open as of October 2025. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps shutting. I came here thinking it needed an update, but nothing here. Why would it do this?

problems with payed subscription. I tried everything. app opens and closes continuously. cache cleaning app reinstalled nothing works. When i log in to a "non subscription xccount" the app works fine.

I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK AT ALL!! Even simple prompts like, black background a red heart, and it still pops up "couldn't load image" apps a joke, i even tried making new accounts using that prompt and it still does it, FIX THIS PLEASE

This app is really amazing when it comes to design however I have recently started encountering a bit of a flaw where it has been kicking me off for no reason and the app just closes out so fast I can't report the bug. I've tried many of the usual fixes and it just won't resolve itself.

There is a major glitch in your system.I pay for this app.And I am extremely unhappy with not being able to use this app in over two weeks.This was by far my favorite app until this glitching started.And now i've had to use other resources that don't give me anything like this app did.But for you guys, not to be able to get this up and working correctly is such bull on top of it doesn't spell words correctly.But yet, i've stuck with you guys been paying money every month.And then not work

The extreme censorship is a huge problem but the change to just 15 credits per month on an image generation tool where infinite generation is pretty much required to get anything good is the last straw. You should get unlimited generation for any price not just 60 a month if you pay. Or both the free and paid credits should be per day. And if you have an outlook ms email you can't get your emails if your designer images take up too much space, you must pay for the privilege of more space.

Despite having 11 credits, it won't design any images, no matter what text I input. And nothing goes against the standards. I even tried reusing one of their own prompts, and it still won't do it. No matter what text I input, I keep getting an error message. I even tried reinstalling it.

The best app for text to image generation. Easily among my top two, I really like the fact that I can create so many images in one day unlike most other apps in the same category. Hope they keep doing that. Plus the images created from texts in my experience have most of the time turned out the way i want and even surprising me sometimes with an extra detail. I recommend this to anyone looking to try AI generated image content and doesn't have the ability to pay.

I completely agree with many other reviews: the earlier version of Msft Designer was very good, then the sudden policy change, 15 AI credits MONTHLY for free users is very stingy for such mega corp like Microsoft (of course 1 AI credits could potentially generated 2 to up 4 images, but for whatever reason, that number wasn't consistent all: sometimes 1 AI credit only generate 1 image, othertimes same amount will generated 2 to 4 images each). Other than that, the app design & features are good.

every single time I get into the app now when I go to try and generate an image I get this constant error could not load designs no matter what I do I have tried clearing the cache and clearing the data force stopping the app. I am now uninstalling and reinstalling I've done that before a few days ago it didn't do anything. I'm getting really frustrated not being able to get on here and generate images easily

Complete garbage without a list of approved words that you can and cannot use to make an image. So far the most idiotic words are couple, sewn, beautiful, zombie, and the word hard used their style recommendations. Someone I recommended this too deleted it because of this problem. As for the images some are decent, some are great, and some are just terrible. The biggest mistake I've seen is wings especially when viewed behind because they put the wings in front of the thing or wings are missing.

Used to be great, it was one of the best apps I've ever had. When I started having problems with the app (stopped generating images and just got a message saying they were having a problem and try again later) I reached out to customer support multiple times and got zero response even though I was paying $20/month for it. Now the free version is useless too since you only get 15 per month and you have to try several times to get one image right.

The app is really good. It's ridiculous that now I gotta pay to use it. If anything could've been free, why not this? This is probably the only app I enjoyed in a while. Everything doesn't have to be included in microsoft 365 & it's ridiculous that I have to wait a whole month, just to only get 15 credits to generate art. It used to be everyday which I would've been ok with. At least provide 100 credits. I swear you can't enjoy anything for too long without someone messing up the fun 🙄

I've been a huge fan and active in using this app since last year and would've rated it 5 stars if it had not been for recent changes this year. You recieve 15 free monthly credits, that's right... I said monthly credits. Other Ai generators offer the ability to earn daily credits, but not this one. If you pay for the $9.99 subscription, which costs more than basic ai subscriptions that offer more then you will recieve 60 credits a month without option to get more until the next month

sometimes it works, most of the time it just locks up. trying to edit a photograph I uploaded gives me the error that it can't load the design and that the problem is on Microsoft side. the AI doesn't really understand the request. no matter how I ask it to add 2 letters of a kind, it only adds 1. but it adds hands and pencils I never asked for

This app is awful. I am trying to simply create "a post" that consists of an image and a text box. Nothing fancy. The text box will not work correctly. I input the words and it won't change it. I shorten it to 2 words and took it, so added some and now its back saying to enter text here. If you can't even get a simple text box to work in the app I don't even want to see what else fails. It's Microsoft....stay away.

I really enjoyed your app. I thought it was the best but what happened? It just stopped working. For the past two weeks, all I get is the message that something happened on your end and to try again later. Please fix this or I will be uninstalling this app. * Update: I gave it another two weeks but nothing is fixed - app still not working. Uninstalled.

This app is honestly a letdown. It claims to be an AI photo editor that can create custom images, but it completely misses the mark. First off, it can’t spell anything right — every result has weird, messed-up text. On top of that, it never actually creates what you describe. No matter how detailed or simple I make my prompt, the results are way off. Feels more like random image generation than a smart AI. Definitely needs a lot of work.

It's okay, but I expect more from things I pay for, and since my 365 personal sub now costs more thanks to AI credits I neither asked for nor need, it's unacceptable to crash before I can complete one quick design. Insult to injury IMO, since cost related reasons already forced me to give up my paid sub to the (top, hugely popular) design app i used for years, while keeping Microsoft for work-related reasons; at least it was half the price of the other app. Now, though?.... smh

You just lost all your stars with me. You had the best AI image generation app out there. The best in the sense that your app could actually create images that were the closest to what I asked for. No other app can give me a drawing in pencil that actually looks like they drew it in pencil or whatever. Whatever your interface is it's the best. But then you decided to take away your 15 free boosts a day and make it to where you only get 15 boosts a month and then no more image generating at all.
