I have to rate is low since it won't even open as of October 2025. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps shutting. I came here thinking it needed an update, but nothing here. Why would it do this?
problems with payed subscription. I tried everything. app opens and closes continuously. cache cleaning app reinstalled nothing works. When i log in to a "non subscription xccount" the app works fine.
I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK AT ALL!! Even simple prompts like, black background a red heart, and it still pops up "couldn't load image" apps a joke, i even tried making new accounts using that prompt and it still does it, FIX THIS PLEASE
This app is really amazing when it comes to design however I have recently started encountering a bit of a flaw where it has been kicking me off for no reason and the app just closes out so fast I can't report the bug. I've tried many of the usual fixes and it just won't resolve itself.
There is a major glitch in your system.I pay for this app.And I am extremely unhappy with not being able to use this app in over two weeks.This was by far my favorite app until this glitching started.And now i've had to use other resources that don't give me anything like this app did.But for you guys, not to be able to get this up and working correctly is such bull on top of it doesn't spell words correctly.But yet, i've stuck with you guys been paying money every month.And then not work
The extreme censorship is a huge problem but the change to just 15 credits per month on an image generation tool where infinite generation is pretty much required to get anything good is the last straw. You should get unlimited generation for any price not just 60 a month if you pay. Or both the free and paid credits should be per day. And if you have an outlook ms email you can't get your emails if your designer images take up too much space, you must pay for the privilege of more space.
Despite having 11 credits, it won't design any images, no matter what text I input. And nothing goes against the standards. I even tried reusing one of their own prompts, and it still won't do it. No matter what text I input, I keep getting an error message. I even tried reinstalling it.
The best app for text to image generation. Easily among my top two, I really like the fact that I can create so many images in one day unlike most other apps in the same category. Hope they keep doing that. Plus the images created from texts in my experience have most of the time turned out the way i want and even surprising me sometimes with an extra detail. I recommend this to anyone looking to try AI generated image content and doesn't have the ability to pay.
I completely agree with many other reviews: the earlier version of Msft Designer was very good, then the sudden policy change, 15 AI credits MONTHLY for free users is very stingy for such mega corp like Microsoft (of course 1 AI credits could potentially generated 2 to up 4 images, but for whatever reason, that number wasn't consistent all: sometimes 1 AI credit only generate 1 image, othertimes same amount will generated 2 to 4 images each). Other than that, the app design & features are good.
every single time I get into the app now when I go to try and generate an image I get this constant error could not load designs no matter what I do I have tried clearing the cache and clearing the data force stopping the app. I am now uninstalling and reinstalling I've done that before a few days ago it didn't do anything. I'm getting really frustrated not being able to get on here and generate images easily
