I use it because it synchs with Web Outlook and Desktop Outlook on PC. But I had to disable all notifications. It was sending multiple notifications per email, sending notifications for delete messages, sending notifications for messages I already read, etc, etc. It just wouldn’t stop. So, I removed all its notification privileges.
