App is being updated frequently. Seems when an update is pending, it wont open messages from the notification. Blank black screen freezes on loading. Also, if you view a video posted by the host there is no way to get back to the post. Have to close the app. This was reported on 28 Apr 2025. Still occurring at 10 Jul 2025. Reviews for Mighty Networks
This program is wonderful! As a very busy mom I have found it hard to find time to exercise. And finding quiet time and the ability to focus on study and prayer has been hard. The directions for the Scripture led prayer helps me to be able to have that focus and the exercises are in small chunks that are easily incorporated into my day! I highly recommend this app!
It's a great platform for bringing community together! The interface is user friendly, super easy to customize and build and the features are well thought-out. Not to mention, their Customer Support and Training teams are always on point - with weekly, if not, daily training to get you set up for success. Well done, Mighty!
Mighty Networks charged me almost $400 for an annual subscription when I haven't used their product in over 11 months. There is no option on my "Plan Information" to cancel, I cannot remove the credit card on file, and there is no information in their Help Center regarding how to cancel a paid subscription. They make it as difficult as possible to figure out how to cancel so they can continue to profit from you, with the excuse that refunds are not in their Terms of Use.
I literally just downloaded. I was able to find and sign-in to my community, but that's where it ended. I can't access anything else because I keep getting a notification to check my internet connection. There is nothing wrong with the connection and I can access everything else just fine. May have to delete. By the looks of other complaints, seems like this app is a dud. Smh
Good concept maybe but exceptionally poor design. If you logout, when you try to sign in again with the registered email address the app is sending email to, it says you don't have an account. That's just as well because the app is clunky, convoluted, and basically useless but you cannot cancel subscription if you cannot sign in (hint hint: BEWARE). Not sure why anyone would keep using it after initial attempts uncover multiple flaws like inability to sign in to your account!
Worst video player on mobile ever used. Really kills the experience. Makes me want to uninstall so badly, but I paid to be part of this group. When you try to change speed you cannot scroll up or down. If you try scrolling the video swipes up and dissapears. You have go search to find it again. You might have not have even realized what video it was to even search for if you opened it from a notification. Cannot open up video to full screen either. This video player is a frustrating joke.
I didn't used to get push notifications at all. I have to constantly manually check the app for any messages or activity going on. It was so tedious and inconvenient. I missed soooo many messages since I joined, but then I did my own troubleshooting to make it work. What's left now is that you don't have the option to delete your message within a chatroom. You can't edit it either.
Incredibly annoying that the app keeps losing which network in signed into. Then the process to get back in has so much friction that I usually just give up. These UX things are what make or break an app. Enter an email, then wait around for an email, then click the link, then hunt around in password manager, then copy paste login info in, then I'm finally logged in, but now I don't even remember what I'm doing in this so in the first place. Back to other social media.
This is a cool app for membership usage, I don't know about creating your own network as I have not attempted. The layout is super easy to figure out, and the profile management is great. I've made some great connections using the network, PaganSpace. That's my only experience thus far, but it's a great one nonetheless! (I think this is the most I've ever used the word "great" in one paragraph.)
