So here's my take on Millimeter Pro - screen ruler. I've tested a bunch of these types of apps and this one's definitely one of the better options. And the full-screen rulers are super accurate once you get it calibrated, and the extra pro features like area and angle measurement are pretty handy. Not gonna lie, the free version does get old with the ads, but the paid upgrade is reasonably priced. Overall, a pretty solid pick if you need an on-screen ruler for your Android device.
