So here's my honest take on MindEar | Tinnitus Relief. I've tried a bunch of tinnitus apps and this one is one of the better ones. The sound therapy actually works pretty well to mask the ringing - you can customize it to your liking. The guided meditations and podcasts are a nice bonus too. It's not perfect - the app can be a bit buggy sometimes and the free version has annoying ads. But overall, it's a solid option if you're dealing with tinnitus and want some natural relief. I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Been using MindEar | Tinnitus Relief for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses sound therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help manage tinnitus. Honestly, it’s pretty solid if you’re dealing with ringing in the ears.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a library of customizable soundscapes to help mask the ringing. You can adjust the volume and mix of the different sounds. It’s got a series of guided meditations and podcasts too, which are great for relaxation and stress relief. Took me a while to figure out all the features but they’re all pretty useful.

Look, if you’ve got tinnitus, you’ll probably find this app helpful. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does provide some relief. And the fact that it’s designed by medical experts is reassuring. Worth checking out if you’re looking for ways to manage your ear ringing.

The app doesn't allow you to progress after reading the podcast. I got to the end of level 1. Didn't learn anything useful and wasted a half hour. Definitely, written...

Connectivity issues, Android 14, four bars. Most information is via video, I prefer to read. Hearing test would not load. I uninstalled this and I'm trying another, similar app, which...
