if you have never tried a sound and light machine. this is an excellent version and well worth the cost

For some reason, I can't just load the information it needs, and use the link in Sleep as Android and have everything work seamlessly.

Very unique. I've tried every decent meditation, hypnosis, brain entrainment app that I could get my hands on & this one is in a league of its own.

The app in itself is good but the wired sleepmask only works for the first session and then you have to restart the phone to get it to work again. You can't stop a session and try a different one.

I really like this app and I enjoy the flexibility of the different modes and stimuli. I just wish the developers to enable a feature that firstly allows the user to customise colour change mid cycle and also build a menu option in that can create this change in colour through the preset programmes.

Better than I could have ever expected. I was skeptical at first I admitted still haven't looked at the science of all this. However I definitely get to sleep easier and sleep more soundly using this app

Great way to experience nausea. Not sure if it's the flashing lights or the strange pulsating noise (maybe both). Feel like I'm sea sick.

It's very very VERY good. I bought the glasses and it is the best sound and light program I have ever used and I have used them over 27 years, ok? Exceptional quality and programmability..

Good idea. Badly implemented. Bought the glasses. Took 45 days to ship associated glasses from Europe. When they came the were uncomfotable 50 cent frames. The program designer offers no exact control of frequency or segment length. Most settings must be applied to entire session. Rampimg between frequencies is not smooth. At night for sleep sessions cant figure out how to get led dim enough to not be still be blindingly bright even with eyes closed. Using with vr headset is heavy.

Buyer beware - no support with broken hardware. Bought the Bluetooth glasses, bought the app. The glasses never light up - emailed support a few times, no response. I'll update my review if they come through.
