Been using Mindvalley: Self Improvement for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that offers all kinds of self-help courses and meditation classes. Pretty solid if you’re into personal growth and spiritual stuff.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a ton of different courses on things like manifesting confidence, practicing spirituality, and improving your mindset. And it’s got daily motivation and meditation sessions too. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but overall it’s pretty useful.

Look, if you’re into self-improvement and want to work on your mental health, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the courses can get a little woo-woo for my taste – but it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my take on Mindvalley: Self Improvement. I've tried a bunch of self-help and wellness apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The course selection is pretty wide-ranging, covering everything from confidence-building to spirituality. And the daily motivation and meditation stuff is actually pretty helpful too. The only downside is that some of the content can be a little out there at times. But if you're into that kind of thing, it's a great all-in-one app for personal growth.
