Been testing Minichat for about two weeks now. It’s basically a video chat app where you can hop on and talk to random people from all over. Pretty straightforward stuff – you open it up, hit the start button, and boom – you’re chatting with someone new. No complicated setup or anything, which is nice.
The main thing here is the random matching. You can skip to the next person if you’re not feeling the conversation (trust me, you’ll use this a lot). There’s also this filter thing where you can try to match with people who speak your language, but it’s kinda hit or miss. The video quality’s decent enough – not amazing, but gets the job done for quick chats.
Look, if you’re into meeting random people online and don’t mind some awkward conversations, this might be your thing. It’s got that chatroulette vibe but with better moderation (still not perfect though). Been seeing more and more of these apps pop up lately, and this one’s not bad. Just know what you’re getting into – it’s definitely a mixed bag of experiences.
