Description
Been using Minifig Scan for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you scan the code on LEGO minifig boxes to see what figure is inside. Pretty solid app if you’re into LEGO collecting.
Here’s what you do: you just scan the little code on the box, and the app tells you which character is in there. There’s also a feature where it can show you where to buy the figure online if you can’t find it in stores. And the app has a database of all the different LEGO minifig series, so it’s pretty comprehensive.
Look, if you’re a LEGO fan who’s always trying to hunt down the rare figures, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the codes don’t work or it has the wrong info – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Minifig Scan. I've tested a bunch of LEGO apps and this one's pretty solid. The scanning feature works well most of the time, and it's super convenient to see where you can buy any figures you're missing. And the database is really extensive too. The main downside is that it's not 100% accurate, so you can't rely on it 100%. But for a free app, it's a handy tool to have in your collection-hunting arsenal.
