it DOES NOT reduce noise. in fact it WILL increase wind noise. I actually can't figure out what this app does other than control the volume or split it. that's the only legit function of the app.

this app WILL NOT connect with my ME device. Even my M.E. clinician cannot connect it and doesn't know why it doesn't work. I paid $4000 for this device system and I have NO WORKING aid. Nothing about this is a "miracle"...but a nightmare.

pairing drops for no reason. new app doesn't provide usable volume levels, unlike the original Android app. would like to have the old one back

My first two days with the new app and am very disappointed. Can't get a connection with the Bluetooth not letting the program load. If it does load it's only half there. Controls won't load. Rather have the old app.

I keep having trouble with the pairing process. It will find my hearing aides & then it doesn't get past the process to get to the pairing! why do they improve something that doesn't need improving! 😡

The previous App worked way better. This version only connects if you reset the hearing aids or connect quickly after taking them out of the charger.

Since latest update, I cannot connect to app on my Samsung phone. I just uninstalled and re-installed app but that didn't help.

it is very unreliable when pairing with my hearing aids and then it will just unpair for no reason after it finally does pair. This is by far the worst app ever and when you pay $10,000 for hearing aids you shouldn't be having these type of problems.

I have an Android phone and this ap has to pair my hearing aids every time I open it AND it un-pairs by itself at least once a day... I'm not a happy user...PLUS the streaming is HORRIBLE. can this be fixed????? i will NEVER buy from Miracle Ear again...8 month old aids too many static issues sent them in for "repair" still static issues...

this app is horrible, the old one was much better, the new one keeps disconnecting and when you move away from your phone you can't hear anything the sound becomes bad. it's not playing music Clear. I tried getting the old app back but can not find it, I really hate this new app it's making my life hell.

I downloaded this version because they said it's an upgrade, we'll it's definitely not! Trouble connecting to Bluetooth, I can't control the volume, sound is distorted in Bluetooth. The whole app is basically useless

This app is nowhere near as good as the previous version. If it was at all possible to give it a zero rating I would have done that. I've spent more time trying to get it to connect and STAY connected that it is almost tragically funny. Why would the developer even release this POS when they already had a perfectly good app already.

Thank you for fixing the problem of not opening on my Samsung galaxy. it now works and I do love it! I now give it a 5 star rating. I love the app, worked on iphone but keeps disconnecting. tried on my Samsung android phone, and won't open, says the app has a bug and won't open until developer fixes the problem.

I works but it disconnects from my hearing aids when I'm not on the miracle ear app. It alway has to find connection to my hearing aids when I open the app and I have to reset my equalizer all the time. The old app would find a connection to my hearing aid automatically when I turned my phone on and if it disconnected it would automatically reconnect. I used to get the miracle ear icon on my task bar so I knew I was connected but now I don't. please add reconnect features and icon on task bar.

It's just like the old app😕 Sure after multiple tries they did connect and now when I want to listen to music my Galaxy S25 Ultra they will not pair thru Bluetooth, it keeps telling me there is no app to open them, and yet I've installed and deleted it 3 times and it still doesn't work. I'm not happy with your app.. And I called support already, the loaner hearing aids I have in liew of 8 month old hearing aids that the batteries already died and also have intermittent connection issues .

App for android quit working, so I went in to re-install. No app for android anymore? Tried the new app, took multiple tries to get it to pair, then ended up with only the universal option. No streaming of tv, no noisy environment, no music setting. Why use all the capabilities supposedly built into the hearing aids to upsell the product if you can't support them in the app? Not the first bad review I have submitted. If I had the option for 0 stars, I would have used it.

The app freezes many times sometimes you have to turn the phone off to get out of the app, one hearing aid will work from the app when you push the button on the hearing aid for crowd, it only says crowd in 1 ear, not the other. It's a terrible app. half the time, the app won't pair with the hearing AIDS? The hearing aids will squeal, they'll get very loud by themselves for three or four seconds. wouldn't even give it 2 stars really, but I thought Two will be good enough. they were returned.

Very disappointed with the hearing aids & the app. Apparently no one knows how to connect them to a Samsung. I hate that they have to connect to the phone to work. Almost every time I try to connect I have to restart my phone. If I just want to adjust the volume I have to reconnect them & then adjust it. For what these cost, THEY ARE JUNK! I can't stream calls or music. When I try to connect them to Bluetooth it says I need the app. Is this not the app? Will never get another Miracle Ear!

Update now getting worse w/ each update.My app does not have all the options in the pictures.Why can't the app just have them all and let us decide which to use instead of having the Miracle Ear tech program it? Also,if you have the app set, then use your phone for something else, it changes the sound because it isn't sure which you want to listen too.Why??? I have this with a PC and a TV, just turn one down.It is very frustrating to have the sound levels wavering louder and softer all the time.

app consistently can't connect! reinstalled several times and nothing even the audiologist was having problems and she said it's been an issue for all the patients. I have one more week trial and if you can't fix just the app then no use to pay 8,000 for hearing aids I can't adjust so I'll be laying them back on her desk. 400. loss is better than 8,000 can't use.
