Do not use this app! It is not what they advertise. I had the app all of 10 minutes when I knew it would not work for me. I immediately canceled and requested a refund and they refuse to issue one. I have had to file a dispute with my credt card company. The site clearly says 14 day money back guarantee. Very deceptive.

The app and their website doesn't describe properly how is it used. The only way to use the app is either installing on the phone that you're monitoring or sending a link to that phone in order to be allowed. Bottom line, if someone wants to share the location with you, why do I need to pay subscription?? It's for free in Google Maps. The idea of having this app was to track someone's phone via gps. This app and their website is just a rip off!

All I got out of this app was the geo fencing and GPS locator. The microphone wouldn't work even after buying minutes to listen. I tried all the remedies poter on their support forum. Still nothing. Same with camera. I wasnt able to stop the subscription after the 1 day trial. I've asked for a refund more than 5 times. I never got a straight answer back and lost almost $45 on an app i will never use again. I'm not overly impressed with this app at all.

remote camera never works. remote audio never works. the only useful function is the geo tracker and I could have saved money installing a separate app.

I've been waiting for them to contact me back about a refund for 3 weeks and I was over charged for the trial period which I never even got to use DONT TRUST THEM!.

the app doesn't work properly, we have tried several times to set up but won't work also be aware that more payments went out than agreed, £200 for a app that doesn't work

Not recommended for iPhone. Nothing works, localisation isn't real time, plenty of features but sadly nothing works on iphone. It is mentioned but you need to do a lot of reading to find out. Setting everything is not straightforward, support non-existent. I have spent a lot of time waiting on web chat. I am guessing if I pay an extra £20 for support it would be quicker. Feels like rip off

Useless very expensive app. During the payment process a large "continue" button appears several times. I accidentally pressed twice and paid twice as much, accidentally buying additional services. It is impossible to get any money back, in principle. And also you can't get any information from an iPhone if you tracking an iPhone . As a result, I threw away 170 dollars.

What a complete waste of money! Gps history only shows a couple hours a day at best and if you want to see prior days, there is a little calendar to select a day and when you do...NOTHING! Still stuck on your partial current day. What a joke! Every other feature is half-assed also. Don't waste your money.

Best in all app, works for me more than my expectations, I was able to access all live gps location activities on my partner cellphone without touching his phone and all his Whatsapp chats, tinder app, plenty of fish app were revealed to me on my own device through the service of HARRYSOLVEHACKER437_GIMAII,,LL,C,OM,,,, this is the best decision for me so far so good.

Extremely the most reliable and helpful service app, perfect to use anytime without stress, the accuracy results of the app is overwhelming. Got the amazing GPS tracking results within a few hours and it's very accurate. The app is very perfect and reliable to use, I love how it was well organized and the hints are helpful as well. 🚫Buyer Beware! I saw an ad saying I'd get to monitor everything on the target phone (more than just location) but after I bought a subscription, it turns out you just get a triangulation of the target phone (not even a precise location). That's something I could get from my service provider. I requested a refund after 5 minutes from buying, and they are refusing. They first claimed they never said they could monitor the target phone. DO NOT BUY IN. It is a scam🚫. Sending to my lawyer.

The service is disappointing. Initially, they advertise a subscription fee, but to access features like microphone and camera, additional charges apply. Upon opening the app. They claim of locating a phone by entering a number which u grant them access and its misleading; after entering the number, a subscription window immediately pops up, devoid of any free or single-number trial options. The overall cost is excessive, and better alternatives are available with other programs or apps..

Could not hide the app icon on the target phone. The only information it gave me was the device location, as long as it was at home. I received no help from support, no response to my refund request (made the same day as purchased), and of course no refund. And I can't even use the stupid thing, because it gave me no info and was obviously easily discovered and removed from the target phone the next day!

**beware it's a scam. They will try to triple charge your card from the one transaction. I lock mine immediately after purchase and there were $41.00 purchases that were attempted within 30 seconds of the first transaction. RED FLAG. I'll give them an A+ for installation instructions; I knew I didn't want to keep it within a few hours. I'm being told that there are NO refunds- no matter what. I downloaded it and deleted it in the same day 9/26 been trying to get a refund since.

HORRIBLE ! Don't buy it. Had it for 2 weeks, only worked 8 hours total. Did ALL tech support to find out I had been chatting with a computer. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. Don't purchase! Don't recommend. Worst app I've ever used. Billing is a joke! Had to cancel credit card to prevent more payments. They double billed and will not refund.

It works to sort of know the location, but only half of the texts calls emails etc show up. Most of the time it doesn't upload anything new and to access the things advertised like the microphone and camera, you have to pay extra as well as install a whole new app. It was over 100 dollars for the subscriptions and was extremely disappointing for the cost. The best feature was the key log. It tracked every key pushed even if they didn't send it. I had to uninstall & reinstall several times.
