Do not use this app! It is not what they advertise. I had the app all of 10 minutes when I knew it would not work for me. I immediately canceled and requested a refund and they refuse to issue one. I have had to file a dispute with my credt card company. The site clearly says 14 day money back guarantee. Very deceptive.
The app and their website doesn't describe properly how is it used. The only way to use the app is either installing on the phone that you're monitoring or sending a link to that phone in order to be allowed. Bottom line, if someone wants to share the location with you, why do I need to pay subscription?? It's for free in Google Maps. The idea of having this app was to track someone's phone via gps. This app and their website is just a rip off!
All I got out of this app was the geo fencing and GPS locator. The microphone wouldn't work even after buying minutes to listen. I tried all the remedies poter on their support forum. Still nothing. Same with camera. I wasnt able to stop the subscription after the 1 day trial. I've asked for a refund more than 5 times. I never got a straight answer back and lost almost $45 on an app i will never use again. I'm not overly impressed with this app at all.
remote camera never works. remote audio never works. the only useful function is the geo tracker and I could have saved money installing a separate app.
I've been waiting for them to contact me back about a refund for 3 weeks and I was over charged for the trial period which I never even got to use DONT TRUST THEM!.
the app doesn't work properly, we have tried several times to set up but won't work also be aware that more payments went out than agreed, £200 for a app that doesn't work
Not recommended for iPhone. Nothing works, localisation isn't real time, plenty of features but sadly nothing works on iphone. It is mentioned but you need to do a lot of reading to find out. Setting everything is not straightforward, support non-existent. I have spent a lot of time waiting on web chat. I am guessing if I pay an extra £20 for support it would be quicker. Feels like rip off

Useless very expensive app. During the payment process a large "continue" button appears several times. I accidentally pressed twice and paid twice as much, accidentally buying additional services. It is impossible to get any money back, in principle. And also you can't get any information from an iPhone if you tracking an iPhone . As a result, I threw away 170 dollars.
