Cannot say enough good about the support from MobiLinc X staff. I have worn them out with questions from a 4 year old account and within 24 hours I am fully operational again. Cannot understand how anyone would want more control and access than MobiLinc X provides for ISSY devices with constant ideas and updates being developed. So glad to be back after trying 4 other apps. $9.99 a month is well worth the app.

I am a long time Universal Devices and MobiLinc customer. This upgrade (MobiLincX) is terrific and has all the functionality a power user would need to control smart home devices. The interface is clean and intuitive. Product support is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

This is a substantial leap forward for MobiLinc, a product I have depended on for several years. The ability to integrate so many device types in a single app makes this a winner. Great support and a very robust pipeline of enhancements, all visible from the app!

After waiting about 4 years for an update to mobilinc pro I couldn't get past the expensive perpetual monthly fee. Don't mind paying a reasonable price for an app but not forever more sorry.

Too buggy compared to competitors, too expensive compared to competitors. Definately too expensive for Amazon and IFTTT integrations if you use the app very little. $9.99/month compared to $2.08/month for 2 years reduced to $1.08/month thereafter for ISY Portal.

Really like the app and the functionality, but it stopped working when I upgraded my Galaxy S8 to a Galaxy S24. It crashes immediately upon clicking on the home page icon. Please fix the app to work on the Galaxy S24 and future Samsung phones.

Was a good app, but now the subscription price makes it cost prohibitive. Use Agave instead - one time purchase price gives you all the features at half the price of the Mobilinc yearly subscription. With Agave you need the ISY portal

Easier to use. One click and on or off. Much faster and easy to use. Update 6/27/24. Got a new Samsung S24 Ultra and mobilync wontlaunch. Keeps shutting down. I know they are supporting ISY anymore but it would be nice to still have a working app.

Great improvement from prior mobilinc apps, especially across platforms since I am an Android user and the rest of my family is IOS. Needs a few more features and flexibility but the developer is working on it. The developer is also very responsive to questions and help. What more can you ask for? Nothing is free. We all pay for the "free" apps with our personal data such as shopping preferences and viewing advertising Market share for an isy app is not big enough to pay the developer with that.

Updated (2019-12-18): Worked with Wes (and he's fantastic in working with and responding to support emails). The new UX is extremely enhanced as compared to the original MobiLinc. I only need local-only mode, so I was waiting until the software was updated with that mode. Now that I've had some time to play with it, the functionality is really great. I was originally going to rate this as a 3, because of the price, and initial growing pains, but Wes's action in responding to support requests pushes this to 4 stars. I would love to rate it a 5, but the price is holding me back from that. ORIGINAL: Complete ripoff. I already purchased MobiLinc and now the company is trying to get more greedy with a completely ludicrous monthly cost. Most of us pay for quality components like the ISY so that we don't have to rely on cloud providers. I used to VPN into my home network, I never use any of the "cloud" services for IoT. Such a shame.
