I can't get it to open up even anymore. It keeps saying there are issues with it and de developers need to fix it. So please do that!! Fix it.

alot of the 3d mockup designs do not load. which defeats the purpose. also it would be great if you added 2D tumblers back as a choice since the 3D never loads. ugh.

The constant ads popping up are not worth it. Can't add color or do much of anything without paying

Please fix the bug. I can't even use the app right now & I'm paying extra to get the extra features. Very dissatisfied right now.

Best $10 you'll ever spend if you need to mock up a lot of items. I completed 30 mock-up photos in one minute and 30 more videos in less than 10

Ever since that update, i haven't been able to use the app on my phone. It came in handy for my tumbler mockups but now i can't even use the app. It exits off the app when i select a design to put on the mockup.. It is no longer any fun now. 🤦🏻

The app was great until the latest update it doesn't work at all I've been waiting days for it to be fixed still doesn't work? It force closes after selecting an image every time and never does anything but force close on android

I've really enjoyed using the app. I decided to purchase the premium version but in the app it says 3.99 monthly but the purchase price is saying 6.99.

Window version no longer works. I bought a lifetime subscription for your window version and now it doesn't work and you only have the app now which is now asking for a monthly fee. Why did the windows version no longer work?

I have the fully paid windows version on my laptop and it quit working. Site cannot be reached and my email has never been answered. It is now MONTHS later and STILL do not have what I paid a lifetime membership fee for. They need to be brought into a class action law suit for this

This app does nothing. I downloaded it and opened it. Zero instructions. Zero tutorials. Zero anything. Just a black screen and some menu settings that don't do anything at all. Uninstalling.

The new update is so hard to use. Please go back to the previous version. Also wish there was a way to save the different settings for the image rotation, scale, lighting, etc so I don't have to readjust everytime I go to make a mock up.

Great app when it works. I upgraded to the Premium to get the other benefits and the app doesn't open. I click on it and it acts like it's going to open and then nothing. Very dissatisfied to pay for something that doesn't work.

Went and down loaded app and then it takes you to activation page and you have to put in a cc then it take you to the site which is a bs site gamer stuff. I had to call customer service to cancel a 2 day trial or it charges you 39.99 per month this is fraud. I thought the app was free!!!

I just pay yesterday for the premium and today the app isn't working properly. I been using the free version for months and finally decided to take advantage of the premium and now when it open immediately open a "low quality version". I am so disappointed right now and so upset.

This last update really made me question if this app is worth having. I had NO issues before the update. Everything always lined up like it was supposed to. Now when I open the app, I get one good run, and then everything after is horrible. Please revert to the previous format, because this last update has pretty much made this app worthless. Definitely not worth being paid for, which I had considered paying for additional options before the update, but definitely NOT now. Please fix this.

So you can give me my money back since I'm no longer getting what I paid for. Your app has a ridiculous amount of ads that it is such a massive pain to use.

Sent several emails but never received anything back from them. Very disappointed with this app. I would give 0 stars if I could for customer service the app itself is easy to use, but with all the sublimation items out there to make it would be nice if you mock up more than cups, mugs, tees, and keychains. This is a really good app but it needs to stay up to date on new tumblers. I pay monthly for this and as alot of other's agree that it's decent but need tumblers with handles and other objects that have came available for sublimation. Found other's with these options so thinking about canceling subscription 🤔
