I have installed and uninstalled this app 5 times and all I get is a blue screen!

Can’t even log into my account and I have had my dentist try and help me out with this app as well and it sucks. Don’t bother downloading it.

I can’t fill out my insurance for. It’s just a blank page. I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t gone to my appointment yet but it doesn’t provide that information either..

The app crashes every time I try to pay with G-Pay and asks to reauthenticate when I try to pay with a credit card but never accepts payment.

Just terrible, full of bugs and problems with mandatory fields. What a waste of time and resources.

App will not launch. Only pulls up the blue background. Have tried clearing cache, storage, and un-installed and reinstalled.

If I had a choice I’d leave zero stars I used to love the app but since then I was kicked off and it won’t recognize my emails or phone number and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and IT DID NOT HELP

Describe my experience? Poor. I’ve tried to use this app but it seems to have issues with authentication. Each time I use it it rejects my credentials. I go through the reset process and… guess what? My newly-set credentials are rejected. I’ve tried to use this enough… I’m giving up.

My dentist sent a link to start using this app. The app won’t download at all. It just keeps saying waiting to download. I even restarted my phone and downloaded a different app to make sure it wasn’t my phone.

Password policy is bad. 10 character minimum length with 2 non letters means I can’t use my normal password, which means I have to make up a new one which I have ZERO chance of remembering. This is a recipe for frustration and/or disaster.

Once I downloaded the app, text notifications stopped. Verified my number thru the dental staff AND app…..still no change to receiving text alerts. So if I have to call to verify an appointment…..I don’t need the app.

this app has only given me issues, and the website is not even worth dealing with. freezing, only showing th blue background, only showing one person in the family on the app.
