I was so happy to find an option to using the customer service line. That is all robotic now and frustrating to deal with. However, this app makes mistakes often. Two days showed that my ride was canceled. So I canceled my appointments only to have two drivers show up on one day and one on the other. So it is very aggravating as well. Some places will charge you for a cancellation fee so you losing out on money too! Plus it is upsetting to the doctors & staff.

Update: added a star as it has been letting me log in and submit my trips much better lately. It doesn't seem to sync properly with the website or the company's own records. When I create a mileage trip, it often gets denied or changed to needing a ride. I have to cancel and start again, or call and get it fixed or redone. If there's a way to report issues, I'd like to be able to help the developers know what to fix.

I downloaded the app thru the Play Store and can't even gain access to the app. I made an account yesterday and was gonna go in today to finish it. Well it wouldn't let me in and wanted to send verification code to my email. Ok that's fine. I type in the number, and Modivcare says it's not correct!! Ugh. So it gives a phone number to call if you have issues. Guess what??? It's not a working number any more! Ugh.... I swear.

pick ups and returns get changed in the app. have had to cancel appointments because drivers siege never sent or they never arrive. this only happens with pick yours to go to appointments. also get text to verify appointment times and pick ups and have the wrong times, sometimes two or three hours too soon or too late. have to calk and get this corrected. the app is more convenient than having to call in to set up trips. this is the first use of the app for the new year so we will see.

This app is so buggy it's hard to know where to begin. I tried to write a review in the app and it won't allow me to use the keyboard. My biggest complaint is when I try to initiate a call for a pickup, the link in the app doesn't work. It is also annoying that trip count is inaccurate as are the past trips. Fortunately, my health insurance keeps track, so I can check with them if I ever need to know exactly how many trips I have taken. I provided this information to tech support. Waiting...

The app is *currently* great!! The past few months Id have given it a much lower score. I hope it stays working 😖 it really helps me make medical appointments! I couldn't use it to make appointments for a full month and no leg of customer service was able to help. Used the website for a while but then it broke for a bit too. Had to use only phone to make appointments for a bit. I'm soooo happy it's working again now!!!

The app is mostly fine, but be warned that, due to congressional requirements, you need to log into the app at least once a month, or you'll be locked out of your account, and have to go through the world's most annoying automated system to get a customer service rep to transfer you to tech support, and for them to escalate your ticket, which involves a second transfer, and long hold times, all to get your account unlocked so you can log in. It all took almost an hour this morning - smh!

This app is absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of time. First off I have had nothing but problems with this company. From canceling ride with no notification to having to find a ride with such short notice and having such a hard time requesting reimbursement for mileage. And when I call in the peple that work there act like they dont even know whats going on. Very disappointed if i could rate lower I would...

This is the worst company and application I have ever used. Rides are rejected all the time for no good reason, I have to sit through 2+ minutes of listening to a bot yammering and "verifying" me, sometimes have to go through it 3-4 times because the agents are not able or not trained to do their jobs, reservations will schedule with companies on my exclusion list, waste so much time calling to fix their mistakes. Heard other customers getting stranded at appts and frustrating "support". Awful.

This app seemed to work great at first. It was easy to schedule rides, get signatures at the appointments, and submit for mileage reimbursement immediately. However, everything has done a complete 180 for the worst. When I schedule rides, none of them are showing up at all. It gives constant error messages on the app. When I submit for mileage reimbursement, somehow it gets changed during the approval to car ride. Finally, it says you get paid in 14 days, but I haven't seen or heard anything.

No actual contact information available; the chatbot redirects you to a "24/7 contact center" which maybe doesn't actually exist because no where on the app is there a number to call them. The chatbot has NEVER been able to connect me to an actual agent, they are always "currently unavailable". The app works fine as long as you do everything perfectly and never need help; heaven forbid you make a mistake or have a question, though.

It would be great if this app worked like it's supposed to! I can book a trip no problem. But app often messes up p/u n dropoff times. And I have yet to EVER use the Arrived and sign part of the app! I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. CS was useless when I called. I assumed the man was in training. He kept me on the phone for 20 minutes just saying hold on, let me see, and offered no solution but the 1 I suggested of reinstalling!(3 times over) I still have to use the paper! 🙄😔

Lots of people in my area, an area with lots of mountains (so spotty GPS), have had issues with the app saying you're not at the location...even when you are at the location. And you cannot submit a ride if it says you havent arrived. Soooo frustrating. Thankfully the old Drive app still works for me...for now. But please do something about the GPS sensitivity on this app. Thanks.

The only thing the app is good for is scheduling rides or mileage reimbursement trips. In an effort to eliminate getting paper signatures, the app offers a place for clinicians to sign. The GPS setting in the app is faulty and doesn't work half the time. I am still having to submit paper copies. Whether it be paper copies or via the app, both methods include the facility name and phone number for verification purposes. The GPS setting isn't needed as other information is already provided.

Customer service is horrendous. I had a will call for pick up. I had an appointment in the city, and at the time I lived 20 miles away in a town with no bus service. I figured after my appointment I pick up my meds, and use the library wifi signal I was ready to be pick up. Warning, they don't provide a phone number to call in the app so no data=SCREWED. Then if you can actually get a person, they are incompetent. They couldn't/wouldn't change pickup spot had to RUN across city, missed ride!ugh

I've been a mobile app developer since 2009. I cannot imagine being as incompetent as thier most brilliant minds. They constantly make me change the password and now it gives me a error when trying to reset it, so I can't do anything. I doubt the developers test this app at all. Even when it works, it's antiquated and not user friendly. Absolute garbage in every way.

App is bad. It doesn't let you edit your trip and the phone number option that it provides for trip support is a number for technical support. The technical support agent had to tell me that i'm calling the wrong place and gave me the number for Modivcare, which I already had in my phone. I had to cancel and redo my entire trip because it wouldn't let me change the return by a couple of minutes.

Useable app sometimes, as long as you don't get the bug that makes you have to reset your password every time you open it. Which you have to call to do by the way, since errors happen when you try to do it yourself. It is actually faster to call and use the flashbook feature, way less of hassle as well. Honestly just copy that system and let me reset my password and it's instantly at a 5/5.

Smooth Experience I attempted to update the drop-off location through the app. A message was presented for me to call, so I did. The call was handled quickly, professionally, and very efficiently. I then logged back in the app to add another ride request. My request was entered and accepted seamlessly. FINALLY! An app that does what it claims to do. And does it right! Who knew?

Denies rides requesting information that the app didn't ask for. Location name does not come up on the search, just the address. There is no box for doctor name entry. There was more options for information on the website and those same options need to be in the application. they are making it really hard to book rides without calling it in, really hard. It's stressful. Booked a trip but it didn't put it in as a round trip. I'm tired of getting stressed trying to book rides
