So here's my honest take on Monarch: Budget & Track Money. I've tested a bunch of personal finance apps and this one's pretty solid. And the auto-categorization feature is super helpful and I like how you can customize the dashboard. It's not as slick as some other budgeting apps, but it gets the job done. The only real downside is the learning curve - it took me a little while to figure out all the different tools and settings.

Description

Been using Monarch: Budget & Track Money for a couple months now. It’s basically a personal finance app that helps you get your money stuff together. Pretty solid if you’re into budgeting and tracking your spending.

Here’s what you do – you connect all your bank accounts and credit cards, and Monarch will automatically categorize your transactions. There’s also some cool budgeting tools where you can set spending limits and get alerts. And it has a cool dashboard that shows your net worth and stuff – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re trying to get a better handle on your money, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

I really like this app! I can see my budget and compare it to my actual transactions. I also like how I can check expenses off of my list. However,...

Not with paying for in my opinion. Constant issues with connectivity to other services. And at times the app shows ridiculously incorrect amounts in your accounts. It's a cool product...

Biggest beef: Intentionally deceptive subscription options! Monthly sub isn't even an option in the app, but it is if you go to the website. However, the new LLM AI integration...
