App started off great, i got a cash advance. After that I forgot my password and tried several times to reset it and it still has let me access my account. This was a month ago. I emailed customer service several times, but have received an auto generated reply with instructions to reset password, and that does not work either. There is no way to talk to a customer service rep. Would not recommend app.

I decided to ignore all of the 1 star reviews that I read and give this app a try. I had no issues verifying who I am or linking my bank account. I noticed that when I went to apply for a cash advance, the last 4 numbers of the checking account listed were not the last 4 numbers of my checking account. I relinked my account to try and correct this, but the same thing happened. I'm not about to get a cash advance just so it can go to someone else's checking account just so I can pay it back.
This app has no support besides an automated response system. You can't get in contact with anyone at any time no one ever emails you back like they are supposed to. You pay advances in time, forget it , and if you have a bad bank connection and they will not fix you, leaving you high and dry. This is incredibly by far the worst cash advance app out there. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
Was great and worked well when I downloaded it the first time. After I paid back my first advance they offered me $10, and I didn't think I would make use of that so I closed my account. When I tried to reopen it later, I was denied and informed that account closures are permanent. This is not made clear when you close the account. They still send you promo emails tho... after verifying they won't allow you to reopen your account.
I used to love this app. It really comes through when you're in a pinch. I worked my way up to the maximum borrow amount. I repay on time every time. For some reason, which I hope is a glitch, this time it will only let me borrow $25 which is only a tenth of the maximum amount. I'm not removing this review until this is corrected. I've already contacted support but only heard back from the automated bot which told me they tried to charge my card but it was unsuccessful only that's not true.
I was able to get an advance the first time but after paying back I wasn't able to get a second. Incorrect bank information was listed even though I connected Plaid multiple times. Tried reaching out to support but never got a reply :( really disappointed this app was pretty convenient at the start. It also said I needed to update the app but I have it set on auto update. Definitely some bugs need fixing.
I, too, rated the app 5 stars initially. But after paying back 2 advances, the app kept giving an error message. I relinked my bank through plaid and everything appeared to be fine, but when I requested a cash advance I got an error that it could not verify my info through plaid, even though it had just been verified. chatbot no help. No live agent or number to contact. Not good guys. The sane problem for over a month. I will revise if the problem is ever resolved.
Started good, no problems. Then I did an instant transfer but didn't realize my debit card was locked so payment didn't go through. I unlocked and went to try again and it says "sorry payment failed and we won't try again" something like that. An AI answers emails and offers no help. Then maybe weeks later a person responds. What kind of app can't try to resend payment again?????? So frustrating
I have had problems from day one the past few weeks, and it keeps saying issues with plaid. There is no number to call, so you have to email support. Well, it turns out I have an account, and my husband had an account and has had for a year, and now they told us both close our accounts, so that is just what we did. Had we known one of us could have deleted our account, but they did not say that, so I wouldn't recommend this app at all. No help at all unwilling to even help solve the issue!!!
Worst service out of all other cash advance apps. I signed up and provided the basic information they asked for, and was then denied as I didn't pass identity verification. I reached out to support to see how I could provide additional documentation like my ID, etc so that I could be verified, but was informed that once their system makes this baseless decision, there's nothing I or they can do to reverse it. Just crazy.
