I recently discovered the app uses a “Hot Mode” that influences match results, but there’s no clear explanation or option to turn it off. This feature is not disclosed anywhere in the app, which feels deceptive. I do not want to be part of this mode and should have been given a choice. I’m asking for either: A way to disable Hot Mode immediately, or A full refund for my purchase. Please respond promptly.

everytime I try to get on a Duo with a friend, it takes a long while, but both of our wifi connection is alright. when she sends me a link to go on a Duo call, it takes me straight to the monkey app website so I could log in AGAIN when I'm already logged into the app and when I do so, IT LOGS ME OUT THE APP and I'm logged in onto the website. I find it a big annoying issue.

They have increased the subscription fee of Monkey + yet the customer service is HORRIBLE. i wish i had checked out all the comments before paying for subscription. Got banned in the middle of a decent conversation and now they are not even willing to refund me. SCAM SCAM SCAM

its a nice app thou but its a once video call one you make a video call with a foreigner and he or she ends the call I think that is the end of u people interaction no chat place its looks like a live thing I gave it's two star because it's has different countries u can make videos call with

Look The app is very nice but the problem is you guys are making the probability of meeting a woman like 0 just to be ( must subscribe and pay money.) this is bad you can make the probability of meeting a man and a woman same but if you want only womans you must subscribe that sounds more fair

HORRIBLE moderation. I'll get called the N word, see people waving their guns and straps all willy-nilly back to back, and all around have to interact with the most mean spirited folks on this damn app — and yet /I/, GET A BAN ON MY ACCOUNT??? Yeah, no. Y'all need to get it together and actually look into a system that protects people genuinely just using the app as a means to chill and connect with people. Cuz bad actors get away with so much on here.. its ridiculous.
