So here's my honest take on MonkeyMote Music Remote. I've tested a bunch of wireless music remote apps and this one's pretty solid. The feature set is comprehensive and it works reliably over WiFi. And i like that you can browse your full music library and control everything from your phone. The UI is clean and intuitive too. The only downside is the ads in the free version, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, it's a great option if you want full wireless control of your PC media player.

Description

Been using MonkeyMote Music Remote for a couple months now. It’s basically a full-featured wireless remote control app for your music player on Windows. Pretty solid app if you’re into controlling your tunes from your phone.

Here’s what you do: you can control playback, view song info and lyrics, browse your library, and even manage playlists. There’s also an equalizer – that’s pretty cool. And you can save different connection profiles, which is useful if you switch between a few different PCs.

Look, if you like having full control of your music from your phone, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has ads which can get annoying. But overall it does the job and is worth checking out.
