are reviews paid for this app was feeble I wasn't able to get forward at all when I did finally complete it would not send a code to end it it was a misery the support there wasn't any there was no feedback there's no phone number it only has one star because I wanted to give a review for people to know this may not be the app for you I was an idiot to continue hours in got nowhere

I got banned for not living in the United States they said after a thorough analysis of my account and the terms of service that they couldn't specify in the chat what the issue was. I looked at it four times and it said the same thing of not living in the states and yeah I do not recommend this, their disabling accounts to force you to trade money into trending coin. so you have to put money into these other tokens. 0/10 crypto app stay away and stay away from moon pay!! was meant for moon shot

The app runs less than ideally. I have also had trouble verifying my identity in multiple ways (which has been proven to be an issue on their end) and they are not helpful in any way, nor have I ever gotten to speak with a real person in 6 months of trying to work with them. I do not have a single good thing to say about this app besides the design looks kind of nice if you ignore how unresponsive the app is most of the time.

this is one of the worst apps I will ever download. Don't download it. first, before you purchase, you have put sensitive information, and then they disable your account and email. After review, your account can not be reactivated due to a deviation. don't waste your time on this app

When I needed help to recover something and get information I got nowhere with the help team and went around in circles for months trying to get an answer. In the end they are not helpful and we're not able to refund me.

Cant verify identity, and customer support is no help, its like none of them understand what it means when you open the app and the first thing you see is cant verify identity. Then i go into verify identity, and guess what.... Same thing....never have i had so much trouble verifying my identity.

slow,glitches,they work with Tangem, and if Tangem had any sense, they would find another company to use. as if you wanted to sell your crypto on Tangem, you have to use moonpay. and by the time you sell high and it eventually sends the code to your email ,the code time is up. or it says wrong code. if you try to sell high on crypto. it could take 45 mins to finally sell. then the crypto has dropped. its exhausting,slowunreliable, glitches, this app would destroy your chances of gains in bullrun

They will not allow me to close my account. I have no use for this service since they don't support my bank. I tried contacting support and was met with an AI chat assistant in which disregarded and ignored my request to close my account. Therefore, I'm leaving this review. This is a dishonest company who's desperate for users to stay. I wouldn't trust them with my money after this incident.

this is supposed to save you money. just the opposite is happening. I wanted to buy 35 dollars worth of bitcoin, and it gave me 26. so I did it again because I wanted to have 35 dollars in Bitcoin. and it's connected to one of my trading accounts.

Do not use them if it can he avoided. Twice I have purchased bitcoin and was charged multiple fraudulent transactions to my bank account. There's an issue with their security protocols or the integrity of the employees DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I can provide screenshot to show the transactions. provide the email to use

ETA: THERE IS $449 IN USDC ON MY ACCOUNT ... THEIR REPLY IS A BOLD FACE LIE. I AM ALSO REPORTING TO AG. They also won't say what the account was disabled for which I assume is another lie. SCAM!! Don't not use! They disabled my account and I still have money on it they won't let me have access to it! They keep closing my ticket! I will be filing on here and with my payment method against them!

Never had I seen a fraudulent app FORCE a declined "small amount" to verify a bank card to the extrme where it makes ones card RESGRICTED to forcing a deposit on a card. Do not knownwhat possessed them to act this way is keep account holders from using their cards to access their money. DEVELOPERS HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR RESPECT FOR PEOPLE'S AUTHKRITY!

Worst crypto experience yet. Don't know how they got a four and a half star rating. Must be giving themselves bot reviews. Luckily I only threw $100 on it at first to see how it would go. Their charts are lies. As soon as you buy anything it tanks. And if something does keep going up your transaction to buy it never goes through. I'm deleting my trust wallet because it keeps trying to get me to buy crypto from these people... Just please don't do it. Whole thing is a scam.

lose $ with this app. it charges high fees and takes forever much longer then any other crypto apps ive used. I thought my $ I sent got lost or something it should've been sent took hours and I checked to make sure I sent it to the right address and I did but there's no records or receipt for the transaction if something goes wrong your screwed I guess but the $ did send finally it just took way too long to send ETH I'm not using this app unless unless I have no other option

Worst app I've ever experienced! Spent 4 hours adding info, verifying info, then read that something else needed to be uploaded and verified - WHERE? I've searched the entire app, watched multiple YouTube videos, texted with a friend who uses the app, and STILL cannot even get my portfolio verified! No app should be this complicated and difficult! Ready to give up!!!!

first of all the personal stats are all wrong, ive seen massive losses as soon as I buy and the price still goes up. The price chart doesn't even show you how much it goes up and down every minute just a 15 minute mark. but the real problem is that I can't access my coins even though I am logged in and went through support!

The biggest app I've ever come across. very laggy to the point you won't want to use it. infact pulling teeth is more pleasant. you press any button to do something then ............ nothing....... for upto 20 sometimes 30 seconds. oh my god it's bad. I know I've a slow phone but every other app I've got works fine.

High fees, odd spread. Horrible to buy and sell on. Impossible to scalp without losing money. Takes forever to buy and sell. Can't set limit sales or buys and moonpay definitely abuses the spread buying and selling (shows purchase price higher than it even hit in that time frame). Support takes forever to get ahold of and not very helpful. Not transparent, overly pricey, seems to follow shady tactics. I only uses them out of necessity, but will do without in the future.

it was ok in the beginning then it got where it wasn't accepting my card any more, therefore I tried to delete my account, put in the verification code it asked for the email address, I put that in and it won't allow me to hit enter. I entered the correct email address and still got nothing.

This platform is trash. It is clunky, misleading and finds a way to make sure you pay fees when it shouldn't be necessary. It either fails and customer service makes you buy more or it pretends to transfer your funds out and then doesn't. Either way, customer service doesn't help or know what they are doing. The last one told me to "update" to a version three releases old. If you want your money held hostage, choose MoonPay. UPDATE: I caught these guys in a lie when they couldn't solve problems
