are reviews paid for this app was feeble I wasn't able to get forward at all when I did finally complete it would not send a code to end it it was a misery the support there wasn't any there was no feedback there's no phone number it only has one star because I wanted to give a review for people to know this may not be the app for you I was an idiot to continue hours in got nowhere

I got banned for not living in the United States they said after a thorough analysis of my account and the terms of service that they couldn't specify in the chat what the issue was. I looked at it four times and it said the same thing of not living in the states and yeah I do not recommend this, their disabling accounts to force you to trade money into trending coin. so you have to put money into these other tokens. 0/10 crypto app stay away and stay away from moon pay!! was meant for moon shot

The app runs less than ideally. I have also had trouble verifying my identity in multiple ways (which has been proven to be an issue on their end) and they are not helpful in any way, nor have I ever gotten to speak with a real person in 6 months of trying to work with them. I do not have a single good thing to say about this app besides the design looks kind of nice if you ignore how unresponsive the app is most of the time.

this is one of the worst apps I will ever download. Don't download it. first, before you purchase, you have put sensitive information, and then they disable your account and email. After review, your account can not be reactivated due to a deviation. don't waste your time on this app

When I needed help to recover something and get information I got nowhere with the help team and went around in circles for months trying to get an answer. In the end they are not helpful and we're not able to refund me.

Cant verify identity, and customer support is no help, its like none of them understand what it means when you open the app and the first thing you see is cant verify identity. Then i go into verify identity, and guess what.... Same thing....never have i had so much trouble verifying my identity.

slow,glitches,they work with Tangem, and if Tangem had any sense, they would find another company to use. as if you wanted to sell your crypto on Tangem, you have to use moonpay. and by the time you sell high and it eventually sends the code to your email ,the code time is up. or it says wrong code. if you try to sell high on crypto. it could take 45 mins to finally sell. then the crypto has dropped. its exhausting,slowunreliable, glitches, this app would destroy your chances of gains in bullrun

They will not allow me to close my account. I have no use for this service since they don't support my bank. I tried contacting support and was met with an AI chat assistant in which disregarded and ignored my request to close my account. Therefore, I'm leaving this review. This is a dishonest company who's desperate for users to stay. I wouldn't trust them with my money after this incident.

this is supposed to save you money. just the opposite is happening. I wanted to buy 35 dollars worth of bitcoin, and it gave me 26. so I did it again because I wanted to have 35 dollars in Bitcoin. and it's connected to one of my trading accounts.

Do not use them if it can he avoided. Twice I have purchased bitcoin and was charged multiple fraudulent transactions to my bank account. There's an issue with their security protocols or the integrity of the employees DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I can provide screenshot to show the transactions. provide the email to use
