Works good, but annoying buzzing vibrate when calculating, which can't be turned off in settings. Also, after exporting data to email, my email app quit working. Odd. Overall it does a good job calculating and offers many places to input various data typical when purchasing a house.

Average App. I think there is a bug when calculating interest after an Annual pay to loan. It doesnt show the actual interest amount to be paid when doing the yearly extra payment. Option to do exta monthly payments to prinicipal will be very helpful.

Excellent App ! It is simple to use, and very user friendly. Higly reccomended over other apps. Even free version is great, Ad placement does not interfere with app usage. In a future update I would like to see the ability to have a balloon payment option.

Great app just need a way to save each properties estimated monthly mortgage payments in the app
