App was working fine until today, the camera was not connecting and just showing a loading icon, and the temperature was way off jumping from 88 degrees to 72 in a couple of minutes. Tried closing the app, restarting the phone, etc. Had to use the electronic display pad to turn on the white noise, which is not as intuitive as the app is.

They have been pulling a lot of the functionality from the app trying to force you to buy a subscription. Started with them not letting you view previous video clips, now the have pulled the music function from the app. This was after we paid 150 dollars for the damn camera in the first place. Do not waste your money getting this product

I accidentally uninstalled the app when trying to update another and come to find out that all the videos and photos I downloaded over the last 8 months were not downloaded to my phone. I can deal with the camera going out every couple of days and having to unplug it and plug it back in and even the camera not picking up certain things. But all of these moments I wanted to hold onto are just gone because the download option doesn't save to phone.

App only works half the time at best. Video gets stuck loading. You have to exit and restart the app several times to maybe get it to work. Other times it just doesn't work at all. Now they want to change monthly for features that were previously free? Fix your app first before trying to charge me more. Would not recommend this product, there are better baby monitors and apps which we will be switching to for our next child.

I wasn't a huge fan of our baby monitor (It lags a bit and is a little blurry). The upside was that the app worked great, but now, out of nowhere, there's a subscription and I have to pay for something that was free before? The baby monitor was expensive enough and now I can't view any videos, even if they were from 5 minutes ago. I will definitely not be recommending this baby monitor or app to anyone.

It's stupid that after buying and loving the camera and app, they switched to a subscription model to have access to the recordings. just make it a one time fee and only store footage for a week or something. I just want to be able to see what time my baby woke up! Plus since they switched, the app seems to be less sensitive and no longer records significant movement, so it misses a lot.

The light on the monitor doesn't go out -- we cover it with a sock or something small. The camera is super slow to respond to control from the app, even when I'm at home and 15ft from both router and camera itself. Overall, it does its job though. Oh... leave the monitor plugged in at night or it's low battery alarm will wake *you* up while the baby is sound asleep.

When we bought our devices the monitoring was included. The app has since gone to a subscription model and you have to pay a monthly or yearly fee to see even the last 24 hours of recordings. Changing the terms of service to add another revenue stream from existing device owners is pretty frustrating. It usually works fine otherwise. I really don't want another subscription in my life.

Loved this app when we got it in early 2023. Recently got notice that our 90 day trial (I don't remember signing up for) was ending and we would need to pay for storage and recordings. We don't keep recordings so I wasn't worried. Tonight I got a notice ony.phone that there was motion and couldn't access the motion from 2 minutes ago without signing up for a subscription. I can understand not keeping recordings from days/weeks/months ago but not even 5 minutes?!

App keeps loading and loading video, doesn't show the live feed and then says "connection refused". However, clearly it's connected because the temperature shows, it notifies me of sounds and when the motion sensor senses movement it records for about 30 seconds. This app is trash. It has loading problems all the time, but I can deal with that. I can't deal with it stopping working. I have cleared the cache, removed +redownload it, unplugged + replugged the camera and nothing is working.

Absolute garbage. Handheld monitor worked decent until this month when you implemented the subscription service. App is the worst app I've ever used. Constantly losing connection and reading incorrect temp. Now it won't even connect on any devices whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend a single Motorola product at this point. Shady business when you suddenly switch a free service to subscription based. I highly recommend find any other baby monitor. Don't waste your time or money with this TRASH!

Lost extra camera and settings randomly, camera blinks red and blue at random times at night, and wakes baby. It seems to be getting worse. Will definitely not be using this system for the next baby. On top of that, you have to have a subscription for recordings now. Pretty terrible overall and will be switching to literally anything else.

The app sucks, constantly won't connect to the camera properly and getting anything to load is a joke. Also the tracking options for feedings, sleeping and all that only works if you phone is online. Speaking of that, when signed into the same profile from two phones it won't let you end a timer started by the other phone. This isn't even to mention all the issues with the camera itself.

It is one of the most unreliable devices I have ever used. Frequently, it will not connect at all. Randomly takes 15+ seconds to load. The camera switches from color to night vision with an audible lens clicking sound that has woken our baby before. At certain lighting conditions, it will switch back-and-forth between lens repeatedly(10+ times). They used to give you more information but then hid it behind a subscription.

I'm really starting to get frustrated with this app. Half the time, it connects my phone to the camera's live feed right away. The other half of the time, it just keeps buffering, swirling, and waiting to connect for way too long, sometimes never even connecting. It's not my Wi-Fi. I tried any number of different ways to connect, and it still doesn't work like it should. Please fix your program so I can actually check on my daughter when I need to.

We switched over to just using the app instead of the monitor because the monitor we had kept disconnecting and then straight up just broke. We liked it at first. But now the app has been crashing horribly, its alsmot completely unusable. Within 30 seconds to 1 min of it being open It becomes unresponsive and then the app either crashes completely or just freezes. Didn't have this issue for almost a year, and now it's just constant. Doesn't seem to matter what phone we're using either.

Bought this system 2.5 years ago mostly due to not having to pay subscriptions. Loved it when my son was an infant and again when going through sleeping troubles at 2. I could save video clips showing what was going on. Haven't used it since early spring. Now when I re-downloaded the app it wants me to pay for everything except basic livestream. Camera doesn't work reliably, is very delayed and jumpy. I can't look at any previous activity. Whole system is nearly worthless to me now.

This app and product decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. It stops working or doesn't load more than it works. To top it off, they now actually want you to pay to view the videos that it might sometimes take. No thanks. At some point I will just get an indoor Ring. Also, it's a huge PIA to even setup and the unit is not intuitive whatsoever. I basically hate this thing

This used to be a great set up, until it was set up to be a subscription. Since then, apart from not having access to any recently captured recordings, the app hardly loads enough to open. Sometimes, you might get some sound while it's loading, but not very often. I've sat for at least 5 minutes waiting to see if it would load. If you get a moment with video and try to use the mic it comes out choppy and ends up scaring the little.I used to recommend it to everyone, but now I don't even want it.

the app crashes or freezes as much as it works. when it does work, it does what it's supposed to. Edit: The app now works less than half the time I try to use it. Additional edit: The app doesn't work at all now. Even after checking connections and restarting the app, etc... can't help but feel like I've been conned. update: I contacted support but never got a response. Monitor has completely stopped working now.
