Their values and the way they treat their customers went down, rude customer service when i did get a human. The website for your mortgage info is very vague. The only time they call is to ask about refinancing so they can make money. Last year, I had a lot of unanswered questions regarding my mortgage, the numbers that i called, either they wouldn't call back, or the phone numbers that I had wouldn't go through. I couldn't find their phone number through Google. Skate at your own risk.

I love the app & it's easy to use. What drives me nuts is every month I make a principal only payment. I change it on the app to additional principal or principal only (can't remember what it says.) Every month I have to spend 15 minutes calling cs to have them fix it because they put it to a payment. My payments are 4 months ahead. Why have that as an option if it doesn't work? It's been this way for years!

My mortgage has been bought and sold 4 times, but I am currently in with Mr. Cooper and how they never sell my mortgage to anyone else. They give you a 30-day grace period every month, no late fee or penalties. Some months that has really saved me! Their online services are very easy to navigate and their live cursor service is excellent, too.

I wish I could I leave a negative star review. What happened to the app?! Paying my mortgage used to take a couple seconds. The app was so quick and simple and it was enjoyable to use. Now I am redirected to the website to log in every time. What is the point in having an app?!?! This is so inconvenient since I don't carry my passwords with me. I use biometrics for all my apps. There is no way to save your your sign in anywhere. The process is so frustrating. What a horrible update, such a shame

They say download the app, I did, and then what you need doesn't show up on it and the staff says, oh don't use the app, use the link though the email we send you. It's chaotic and not professional to have to sign documents and communicate back and forth on a loan over 170 thousand dollars and deal with an ineffective application. I was very close to saying forget it.

The app is decent but the service has shown me that no one at this company talks to each other and that I should never trust what they send me in the mail. The instructions sent in the mail tells you that for transfers, before auto pay can kick in you must make a one time payment. I followed the instructions just to have another payment taken out alongside the one time causing me to be forced into an overdraft fee. Support refused to correct the issue when confronted with their mistake.

Just got transferred to Mr Cooper's, initially & based on the literature I received, I was looking forward to the transition. Unfortunately, it is disappointing so far, customer service is average, most associates I spoke to were new hires & I wonder about the company's turn over; more importantly, not as tech savvy as they claim, they made it pretty difficult to switch to a biweekly payments, requiring the filling of paperwork & charging $5 to $7.5 monthly processing fee, shameful!

My mortgage is paid in full and when I open the app it tells me so. It gives 2 options: phone or contact customer service via app. When I phone it just tells me there's a longer than usual waiting time. This is too vague, and no offer to leave my phone number to be called back. When I select to contact via app, it simply sends me back to where I started. Very frustrating. Seems like Mr C should have contacted me by now thru email like they did when bills were due. Please send my deed..

I HATE this app. I have to reset my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to log in. I enter both the user name and password (which I am aware are case sensitive) correctly, and it will still tell me my password is wrong. IT ISN'T! The worst part is that when I click "forgot password", it only sends the email to reset the password when it feels like it, or the link will be "expired" even though it just got sent. I usually have to call to fix it. Really getting tired of this. Website is just as bad.

To me, it is a VERY basic app, and may do what a lot of people want, if they just want to do something like pay their mtg or set up auto pay (very easy to actually do). I've run into problems trying to set up auto pay because I've paid ahead. This is exceedingly frustrating!!! I have also used "make a payment" and there, too, run into problems with how my payment was applied (went totally to principle even though I hit PAYMENT and paid exact monthly amount) so also exceeding frustrating...
