Easy to use and super convenient. I like that you can track what the kids are buying. However, the fee for adding funds is too much! What about those that live week to week? If you can only afford to add $ every few days or even weekly, you end up paying a fee worth almost 2 lunches! Only worth it if you are able to add a significant amount of money over a longer period of time. Also, would be great if we could sent messages to the cafeteria staff regarding restrictions and such.

Mediocre app. Difficult to change stored payment options especially when one was declined 😂 Forced to place large sums of money bc the school is passing the cost to use the app to consumers so the fee is like $3 Everytime you add more money. So I have to add $100 -300 just to avoid paying the fee 4x a year. Also, if you have a surplus at the end of the year, you won't be refunded back so it stays in the coffers of the app company. The leftover money gets rolled over to the next school year.

Wish I could give zero stars. This app is useless. Constant "circle of death" loading symbol over the login screen. I've tried on several different devices and WiFi signals. Balance always says zero. It's easier to just go thru email. Would also like an autopay option for a specific day of the week instead of dates. It'd be cool to set it up for like every Friday for example.

Edit#2: a week later no contact back from tech support, no answer on help phone line. 🤬 Edited to add, it still isn't working, and now rather than sending me back to the log in page, it just closes itself after giving me this message. This app no longer works. Every time I try to log in, it immediately says session expired and dumps me back to the log in page. Tried the normal website and it was doing the same thing. How am I supposed to put money in my kids lunch accounts if I can't log in?!

So I installed the app because our school uses it. Immediately, I noticed that I had been charged an extra lunch. It took customer service almost a week to correct it. Now it won't allow me to pay the outstanding balance but keeps sending me notifications of said balance. On top of all of this, I'm charged a fee for the the "convenience". Honestly, I'd much rather just deal with the school directly.

Every time I need to use the app I have to spend hours trying to login. I put my credentials, click on "log in" & the screen never changes. After about the 10th try then it says "you're already logged in" but it's still showing the log in screen! It doesn't take me to the home page, it stays in the log in screen but with the notice that says that I'm already logged in. There's NOTHING that I can click to go to the home page. Then, after hours of trying it FINALLY lets me in. It's ridiculous!

Horrible since the last update. The app was perfect before. Everytime I sign in I have to remmeber the password. I don't remember the password. Thats the purpose of adding the app so I won't have to enter it everytime. I've been trying to fund my students account for days. First it wouldn't let me sign in now I keep getting error messages when I try to pay. How is my child suppose to eat? Used two cards both have lots on money in the accounts. Ridiculous.

Rip off alert. To charge a "fee" just to add money is so rediculous. There is no way it costs $2.50 to process a credit card transaction of $20. If you read the fine print, it states that the school may remit payment to the company...i.e they can possibly get some of that money. Can you imagine how pricy this app can get with multiple kids? Stay away from this as there are other options to deposit the money without paying a fee.

Tried using the app today for the first time in a long time. Tried to find it in my phone, couldn't. Thought I must have uninstalled it. Went to the app store and found out that the app name had changed at some point. Installed the update available, and then tried logging in, but it kept opening a Chrome view and then looping back to the login screen of the app. Back to the website, I guess.

This app is hot garbage. While trying to register for a sport for kids school, I encountered these issues: The waivers are in fixed height boxes that arent big enough to hold all the contents. So it requires scrolling for no reason. When hitting the download link for the sports physical form. The app closes (hope you already submitted the form because if not, you will be forced to fill out the form again. I am a user with accessiblity issues and the form is not accessible. it skips inputs when trying to tab navigate. Also very slow.
