Been using the MTM Link Member app for a couple months now. It’s basically a tool that makes it easier to manage your non-emergency medical transportation if you’re eligible through your health plan. Pretty solid app if you rely on rides to get to your appointments.
Here’s what you can do – you can view and manage your contact info, see details on upcoming rides you’ve scheduled with MTM, cancel rides you don’t need anymore, and even request new rides right from the app. There’s also a map feature that shows you where your ride is and you can track it. Took me a bit to figure that part out but it’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you use MTM for your medical rides, you’ll probably find this app really convenient. It’s not perfect – the interface is a little clunky in spots – but overall it does the job and saves you from having to call in all the time. Worth checking out if you qualify.

So here's my honest take on the MTM Link Member app. I've tested a bunch of transportation and medical apps, and this one's a pretty solid option if you need to schedule rides through your health plan. It's got all the core features you'd expect - you can manage your info, view ride details, request new ones, etc. The map tracking is a nice touch too. At the same time, the design feels a bit outdated and there's a bit of a learning curve to figure everything out. But overall, it's a reliable way to handle your transportation needs on your schedule. If you're an MTM member, I'd say it's worth downloading.

It works when it feels like working. I use it to book appointment rides, but half the time the biometric login doesn't pop up and I have to go look...
