Mostly when you try to schedule rides it gets all the way through the process and then says call in to complete the trip. And there's been multiple instances when I used the app for gas mileage reimbursement and I still didn't get paid because the app doesn't work every time you use it to log a trip. If that happens you have to go back to the Dr and get a trip log completed so you might as well skip the frustration and not use the app. Save the space on your device.

← Back to MTM Link MemberI do have a difficult time using the online mobile application to schedule mileage reimbursement trips. I have been told various reasons, trips over 40 miles, 60 miles, 100 miles, need to be called in to deter fraud. Many of my trips are to my local pharmacy 15 miles away, and I still can't book online, I need to call.
I can book rides, and that's about all the app can do. I've tried to cancel rides and that feature apparently doesn't work. I frequently get notifications of bizarre pick-up times. If you log-in to check the actual pick up time, that's way off too. They are aware of these problems according to my phone conversation, but don't seem to be concerned about fixing them.
It works when it feels like working. I use it to book appointment rides, but half the time the biometric login doesn't pop up and I have to go look up my passwords or the login feature doesn't work at all, even after phone restarts. On the rare occasion that I've had to cancel rides due to the doctor canceling, I sometimes have to log in to the website regardless to do that as the option doesn't always appear in the app. When it is working, it's somewhat slow and clunky, but functional.
I use Android 5G... I can't make a new account or get into the one they say I've got ... I think it's related to my other app, MODIV, which is the same company I think, and they used to be LogistiCare a couple of years ago...I can log into it, but they have a tendency to lose reservations and say they were never made. Even had an email that day, and they just said ohh well...had to drive myself...I just need to get into the account they say I've got... Also, can't find app have to search playsto
If I could give it zero stars, I would. The app barely works. I haven't been able to book a ride for about three months via the "convenient" app. I've always ended up just caling my insurance. And I haven't been reimbursed, for the appointments I drove myself to, for almost 2 months. Nor have I received my debit card that's ALSO "supposed to make things easier". When it did work, it was awesome. Now that it's useless, app deleted.
Convience is nice but has glitches. Made ride request, assigned to one company a day later, Monday late night ,(10 pm) received notification that ride was assigned again. Day of appointment had to call transport company, they said they did not know about it. Sometimes stuff happens but seems to be a trend. Also wish the notifications would not automatically delete.
I thought the app would be easier. It's not. Only twice did it let me set up my own ride (one didn't count because I had forgotten to do it before I left home & it's GPS tracked). You still need to call and set everything up, and fight the automated system to get a human. The app is honestly pointless other than it submits the trip right away.
DO NOT try to put this cr(app) on your phone!!!! There is no proper technical support for issues concerning this app! It has been almost 3 weeks trying to fix a simple email address. Upon reaching out to technical support, I was greeted with attitudes, and never put through to the right Department. I eventually decided the app is not conducive for me, and have chosen to just call to set my transportation.
I like the app but it needs more to it. For one the edit option like in the dates and time. 2nd be able to add more members if one is the payee example if we have kids or elderly mothers and fathers. Making an account for all is a hassle can't use the same email all members including those under age have to have their own email. The app is really convenient once it' all ssetup also can't tell where one gets paid or be able to edit. I don' have a problem with verifying the location, that is good.
I have only been using the app for about a week, so I will revise this review once I get more ise out of it. I do want to suggest for the dev., to offer the option to edit a ride along with canceling a ride. If I have to reschedule an appointment, it would be easier & less time consuming to be able to change 1 or 2 things, ie., date & time as apposed to having to redue the whole process. Again, an "edit ride" option would be a tremendous help!
It's sorta convenient, It would be nice to save trips, so if you go to a certain appointment a lot but not on the same day, you could just click on that place just putting in the date & time. I also find it frustrating that you can't put in 2 or more appointments on the same day without either making it a multiple lag trip or calling anyway. Once you do put in your appointments, they don't find a driver right away & don't notify you they couldn't find a driver.
I've called multiple times about the same thing. I have basic functionality issues. I have to call when trying to enter a trip, several tries. I reach my destination it only approves the 1st leg of a round trip. The address should match with the GPS. I'm at that location,but it tells me I'm not. Repeat locations at that. Fix the app or just have people call in it's crazy. And I don't need to email yall for help. I've have at least 6 IT tickets pending
So far the app has been buggy, with notifications not being delivered until hours after they are supposed to, there isn't any ability to set a preference for lyft or a cab company. My rides have consistently been scheduled to make me arrive 45+ minutes early, and I know of people who have their rides delivering them to their destination an hour early. Customer support is indifferent or dismissive of customer help requests. "I'm sure they'll get to it eventually" as one agent said to me.
this is one of the worst apps I've ever had to use. doesn't let you schedule what you need and half the time it doesn't locate your location ( which is required). you always end up having to call customer service to schedule rides and you have to do a paper trail to get reimbursement. the app has been completely useless since the update a couple years ago. should have left it alone, at least it worked properly then.
MTM is awful and their app somehow manages to be worse. It takes way too many steps to book a trip, it throws useless and annoying notifications like "your session is about to expire" but doesn't categorize them so you can't filter the useless ones out, it often draws tracking info wrong so finding your ride is impossible, and they don't check their drivers' contact info so you get fake phone numbers. And best of all, it will often announce that your trip the next morning has been canceled.
ridiculous. Spent the better half of two hours to register. I can't even find it under its description too uninstall. Had to go to store to uninstall. The most upsurd user friendly app. I tried on an android and a apple device. Waste of time. I wanted to give My driver a high rating, but now I can't do that. Thanks for nothing. I have NEVER been able to set up a trip without calling. Like, the process in the app ALWAYS ends with some message or other saying, "Welp, you'll need to call the Helpline." So why even have an app? Seriously. It literally does not work. Just call them to set up your trips. You'll have to, anyway.
This app is so buggy. It's okay when it works, but not reliable. Be sure to book at least a week in advance so that you have plenty of time to call if (when) you have problems. If you're doing the mileage reimbursement, I recommend keeping a paper log folded in your wallet so if (when) it fails, you can try to get it signed while you're still at the doctor. I'm writing this review while sitting in the waiting room of my doc office, app says I'm not here.
since they worked out the bugs, it's a really good app and does what it is meant for. The only thing that I see is that you can't make a double reservation if you have more than one appointment in a day. Not all appointment can be set. One Of my reoccurring appointments the app won't accept the Address. Notifications after midnight is crazy.
