Great discounts, easy to use app. The only other thing I would like to see is it be usable on Android Auto so I could use the screen in my truck.
used it for the first time seems to be a good app for fuel discounts. just don't like they put a hold on an amount you're not using. edit changed to 1 star since they took two holds on my personal account for 250 each when I only fueled once for 174, they have not put the money back into my account using mudflap has costed me an additional 326 I'm not seeing how this is a helpful app. I'll change it once the rest of my money is back into my account. so far been waiting all night for it.
I wish more people knew about this app. so many owner operator and fleets use regular fuel cards and get a lousy 10 15 cent discount on overpriced fuel. this is the real deal . seriously love this app and the money it saves me. 10/10 recommend coming from a person that's been in trucking for 13 years
Really like the app. But its stupid because it doesn't give you the option to use it without your location turned on. As much as I hate giving apps that permission I turned it on and it STILL didn't work! So it wont let me use the app at all wich is bs. Guess Im goin to trucker path lol💯
Takes a long time to load... That was my original feedback, afterwards, Mudflap called me up and told me that they updated the app, and that I should update my version, so I did, and they fixed it, it does not take long to load like it did before. MAL NEEDS TO ZOOM OUT. WAY TO CLOSE FOR HIGHWAY SPEEDS. NEEDS TO BE OUT ABOUT 1.5 MILES FOR 65 MPH. ALSO, Confirmation emails or text messages are NOT being sent. I've tried to confirm my account but you won't send either. Otherwise, it works.
I was finally able to try navigation without ID. A dark option is needed. Also this map makes the same mistake as all the other Trucker apps. The Hwy icons are to small to see for truck drivers who AREN'T 12 yrs old with perfect eye sight.
Love the savings, hate the app. The most recent updates make it so convoluted to use. Despise having to "plan route" that was implemented. I'd like to tap route, select my destination like before, and see all the stops.
Update: I changed my rating to 3 stars because they have good customer service and a responsive support team, they also issued a refund for those verification transactions. It doesn't work, stuck at account verification, sent all requirements, called support, emailed support, still doesn't work! and they charged my credit card 2 times to verify it and haven't refunded the money!
The voice is like Alvin the Chipmunk and I can't understand. The routes are questionable! Update: just got off the phone with customer service. I gave them all the feedback that I could. So hopefully in the next update for the app, the bugs will be fixed. I will keep using it to see how things go.
