So here's my take on Muscle Monster Workout Planner. I've tried a bunch of fitness apps and this one's actually one of the better ones I've used. The personalized workout plans are super helpful, and I like how it covers a huge variety of calisthenics moves. The 21-day challenge is a nice way to stay motivated too. That said, it does have some annoyances like the long upgrade times and occasional glitches. But if you're dedicated to building muscle through bodyweight exercises, this is a pretty solid app to have in your arsenal.

Description

I’ve been using the Muscle Monster Workout Planner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you personalized workout plans to help you build muscle and get stronger. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and calisthenics.

Here’s what you can do with it: there’s a huge library of over 300 exercises you can learn, from pushups to pull-ups to all sorts of crazy calisthenics moves. The app will give you custom workout routines to target different muscle groups. And there’s even a 21-day challenge to really push you.

Look, if you’re trying to take your fitness to the next level, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little glitchy sometimes and the upgrades take forever. But overall, it does a pretty good job of helping you reach your goals without having to go to the gym.

Ok so nothing on this app is free, like nothing. You can't veiw a single training without it popping out the premium registration, which I won't register until I know...

Its really difficult to express how useless and worthless this app, this actually shouldnt be subscription base, u have to be very thankful if it ever downloaded!

Very disappointed. The app is poorly made. Only a few exercises can be zoomed in to see properly. The so-called Al doesn't work-calories stay the same even if you increase...
