← Back to Muscle Trigger Point AnatomyVery useful app, especially the "pain zone" category. Highly recommend!
This app is invaluable. I'm consistently amazed at the relief I get using these trigger points.
I am Licensed Massage Therapist and I highly recommend app. it us thorough, easy to use love it!
This had helping me through my training in massage therapy. I love to see the videos and use this info on my friends as I am learning
Amazing app! As a bodyworker, this comes in handy when showing clients what is going on in their body. Thanks for developing this!
Amazing app!! Literally saves me so much pain. Very good even for non professionals.
Good app, but zero updates and new features, at least for the last 3 years of my user experience here.
Absolutely fantastic, has helped a lot to find trigger points and work out muscle tension!
Excellent app to teach patients about their pain. I use this very often as a Physical Therapist.
Have been using this for YEARS. Easy to communicate with clients. Correct information. Sweet deal. Props!
This app is amazing, has helped me with so many aches and pains as a fibromyalgia sufferer. Once you get the hang of how it works you won't stop using it
I like the app and the more detailed presentation of the human body but on my pixel 3XL the rotation of the body is really laggy even though it's running SD 845 SoC. On iOS it's smooth. Please fix that.
Why does this app need access to my media? My wife has this from apple and I like it but no idea why it needs that much access? Seems like a google issue compared to apple. Good app but no good reason for access required to use it.
I am not a bodywork professional, but I have found this app to be super helpful with understanding many physical ailments I've had over time. Is it as comprehensive as it might be? No. Has it solved every question of every ache and pain I've ever had? No. Have I used it a lot? Heck, yes! Was it worth the (I think) $2.99 I paid for it? Yes, yes, yes!!! Many times over. I think the haters must just be cheap, because $3 is a small price to pay for just the anatomy reference this is.
Very useful, and user friendly. Although it seems the left side is left out...unless the same for the right applies to the left...
the software is subpar and according to the trigger point manual by Janet travelle, it's not very accurate. As a massage therapist trigger points are essential knowledge. Most muscle pictures only have one angle and you arent able to rotate the model, not worth it in my opinion.
Not bad, but may I suggest a "360° rotating" layout? use 1 finger to rotate the figure, use two fingers to move the view up, down, left or right. (See the App '3D Anatomy' for a great example.) doing this would make visualizing the trigger points much easier.
I would give this app 10 stars if I could. This app is extremely helpful as a quick reference for tracking down trigger points. There's even information on each of the muscles containing each trigger point, such as origin and insertion and function. Some of the trigger points even have video demonstrations of massage techniques for releasing the trigger points. I honestly cannot believe this app is so affordable, but I'm certainly not complaining!
This app is really helpful. I had constant pain in my calves and feet, and in the app it had a video that had shown how to fix the issue with massaging techniques. This app is well worth it. Most injuries or issues with the body in the app has detailed information on the origin of the issue in the body, and how to fix it. I really appreciate this app.
