updated September 19th 2025. the app is working on my device again, the songs are still good but sometimes don't quite match the genre but overall, massive improvement in functionality in the past 2 weeks or so.

just downloaded and it made me rate it will update if it works good I'll keep it at 5 if it's lower then 5 then something is glitchy. very little voices very little custom options trying to pinch every penny this app was decent until I made 10 different versions of one set of lyrics and their all the same 🤔 requesting refund as well

I wrote an entire song and when I selected the style, and the voice, then told it to create the song just disappeared. poof, gone. no going back. no searching the title which I assigned to it. nothing. gone

I subscribed to Music.ai for ₹1000, mainly to use the remix feature. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The remix tool never worked—I kept getting errors no matter how many times I tried. There is no free trial or demo, so you’re forced to pay before even knowing if the app functions properly. Once you’ve paid, there’s no proper support or refund option either. I feel like I’ve been cheated.

So, I was contemplating on getting the yearly subscription for Donna, and we decided to look at a few other AI music apps before making that decision. Well, unfortunately whomever made this app failed to recognize that Donna (the other app) allows us the dignity to try it out and then offered to let us make 3 premium songs for a buck. Not this app. I will never know if this app is good or bad because of a very simple error in judgement which most certainly spawned out of greed. Back to Donna...

The app is good if you pay the extra thing for longer songs .. but it does its own thing ..for now it won't download ..and if it won't generate you won't get your credit back ..so before you get Addicted make sure not to use names or band vibes in your style and genre.. cuz you lose your credit .. like if you say iron maiden vibe or style you can't.. say heavy metal

right now I'm pretty upset and I'm trying to reach customer support. I paid to create my own voice. the app will not save my recoding until I upload a photo or avatar. it says I have to give it permission to use my photos but there is NO option to turn permissions on for photos or media only microphone so I paid for nothing. if this changes I will update.

Unless you can actually allow someone to preview what you can do, the app is no good. You have to pay just to see if that app can work. Happy to pay if it works. But since I cant even preview it, I'm not spending money on an unknown entity.

BIG SCAM! I just downloaded and purchased a 1 month worth 800 credits and it didn't even reflectwd in my MUSIC AI account. It only shows that I purchased credits in the account history. I was hoping it would help me start my dream of hearing my own song and I can't even download anything, it won't go through. I already paid and it still says I have to pay for more credits? A huge mistake I made.. Please..to anyone reading this.. NEVER EVER BE A VICTIM LIKE ME, DON'T PAY FOR THIS APP, BIG SCAM!

This app keeps having the same problem. After every update, the AI voice becomes robotic and unnatural. Support never responds, and admins only reply about points, not voice issues. It’s very frustrating and feels like wasted money. For now, I’ll give 2 stars. I’ll change my feedback once you fix and stabilize this app without recurring problems.

*Edit* unfortunately has been crashing and giving "invalid template error* when extending songs. makes it impossible to create and join 2 halves of a song. which is the only way to edit a created song and use the same voice, melody, and music. hopefully it's resolved or produce a refund. *edit* thanks for fixing that issue now revert to your previous update when the voices actually sounded human instead of singing in a broken microphone under water.

It's my fave app, its good... but remixing sometimes ain't good.. it won't produce good versions and sometimes shorter time. No bueno. And deleting music shouldn't take long, i literally have to go one by one to delete. I think it should be looked into. Also the same style of beat or rhythm sometimes sound the same.

This is my 3rd week in this app. It was fine for two whole weeks but lately, i'm not satisfied with the vocals, since i paid for the subscription, i expect for the improved vocal quality but u'r giving me the m2.5 ai model. How come? Hope u can fix it sooner.

Great for coming up with riffs when you have writer's block. But today I tried to make a video, it took my money, used up all my credits, then it did not make the video. It said the merger failed and there was nothing I could do about it. So I just lost about $20 right there.

Absolutely a 💩 app! You try to record your voice but you have to sign up with your email. You can then record your voice.....so far looking good. You then have to pay to say it! No where says you have to pay! It only says to register email to continue! It's a scam app! AVOID!

It's not a bad app for brainstorming and seeing how your lyrics work together, but it's incredibly difficult to get the vocals that you want. I'm also currently experiencing random song with cover lyrics saying that the app is fake and to go to some other website. What's going on here?

keeps adding thrills and extras to the point that it doesn't get to the end of my lyrics. It's extremely frustrating, especially when I finally get a beat and a voice that are perfect. Hours later and 30+ prompts, still cannot get one that will sing all of my lyrics. One month later NO reply. latest update made app almost completely unusable. slow incredibly slow. over 20 minutes for a song that used to take 2 or 3 minutes to be ready Edit again - app is completely unusable. So glad I wasted 100

Okay, the songs generated are the BEST, by far, compared to other apps (Donna, etc). There was zero customer support several months ago. now I am back, so I hope that has changed. the biggest issue was with editing lyrics, it cost tokens to submit changes and the changes took forever or never appeared. Given, there is Absolutely NO instructions this was frustrating!!!!

Please, just stop updating this app! Each new version is worse than the last. I got it in beta, before it was even released, and back then it was great. But look at it now: first, you make me pay extra for 'Enhanced' song creation (can you believe it?!); and then, to top it off, you degrade the vocal quality in the regular (already paid!) version and limit music creation to just seconds. It's like double-dipping in greed. I'm so disappointed.

after going to the long process of setting up an account turns out you still can't do anything with it and tell you buy a subscription from them. The account didn't start out with any available credits to even try it out to see if it was any good and I didn't see any options to get credits in any other way except giving the money by buying a sub
