🚨DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP🚨 I used to love this app. but then when I tried to save my audio recording it goes through processing and freezes up at 98% processed and then crashes and I lose everything. Almost a hour of editing and now it won't process, save and then lost. That's a deal breaker. I'll be pulling my subscription. My subscription just started after one day and already I would like my money back. I'll be looking for another alternative.
Reviews for Music Audio Editor, MP3 Cutter
← Back to Music Audio Editor, MP3 CutterIt's not free!!!! I wasted hours making the track I wanted and when wanting to save, it asked me to pay or I cannot save. This is a disgusting behavior and should be prohibited. Don't get me wrong i have no problem spending money for a good app that I need but don't force me right at the first track and after I've spent hours making the track I want. Maybe pour commercials since it gets you money and after a few tracks I'll be happy to save time and upgrade
I have the monthly subscription version. I mostly use it for merging audios, but the output sounds bad. It has too much highs, and they sound distorted. I have another audio editing app FREE with perfect output sound, but it doesn't merge audios. If this can be fixed, I'll consider keeping the subscription, if not I'll definitely cancel.
Awesome and powerful music editor. I used it to trim audio clips for making sound bites and end up using it as a music player. Unobtrusive, it just works!!! You guys should add reading the song info from the MP3 data, it already shows the album art so not sure why it doesn't show artist and title. Was thinking if you had an option to play all songs at an average normalized volume that would be cool too since you already have an option to set / edit the volume of a sound file.
This app comes across as sketchy to me. The minute I open it, I get an ad that tells me to sign up and would have taken me to a new browser. If I wasn't careful and didn't see that X on the top right, I would have given my information to some other company because I would have thought it was for this app. When I tried to submit feedback, there was no care for proofreading. Instead of "opinions," a word read "opiniones." Something just felt off. I uninstalled it the next day.
No way does this have 100s of thousands of reviews with an average of 4.7 stars. I can't make it through a single edit without ads or constant nagging to share or provide feedback. (Not to mention the exorbitant subscription fees to remove the ads.) All I need is a simple audio editor where I can record and do simple edits—& this program isn't it. I'd be more charitable if I wasn't subject to constant interruption. (Not to mention the buggy program issues.)
I recorded a book with my kid on Yoto but we had a few mess ups, to fix- I would have to pay the app $2.99 a month to "split" the file in multiple spots. That and with the ads, it's just not worth it. Even with the 3-day trial. I can do the same thing free on a video app, just need to find a audio app just as good. Unfortunately, this isn't the one.
Did exactly what I was hoping for and it looks like a lot more. Wanted to trim unnecessary parts off the beginning and end of a song. Worked like a charm. File was easy to find after as well. Dropped into my music folder under super_sound. Did not have to search into the deep files to get it like some other apps make you do. If you even know how. 5 stars all the way. Oh yea and it's free!
Paid for the pro version lifetime membership. Nothing works. If I do multi track editing it saves it as a draft, without the last layer. It keeps promoting me to upgrade even though I did. All the work I put in is lost and I can't save anything as an audio file when done. Also it just will not appears in the home page no matter what, I can't find it on the phone I can only open it by remembering the name of the app and opening in the play store.
You can't select multiple songs when using the folders window. What's the point? Under recent files you can select multiple, but just like several other apps on here, something is broken and it doesn't show your actual recent files. It's as it its instance of Android's file explorer is old. Files are shown to be in old incorrect locations. I'm starting to suspect that there's 1 or 2 people on here making these apps with the same code, and posting fake reviews...
Why is there not an option for a ONE-TIME FEE for LIFETIME USE?? I have a bunch of cool little apps I enjoy using. HOWEVER, multiple "LOW"-priced, monthly subscription costs are adding up. IF there is that option, would you point me in the right direction. If there isn't, make it an option. If this continues for much longer, if i receive one more notification of you taking my privileges, ADIOS! :)
Powerful, fun, and super creative. I like how easy it is to trim music, make many tracks into one long album. I especially like how you can take a song or recording and make it even louder than its original loudness. I had a favorite track that was kind of loud with the volume all the way up but I wished it was louder. I downloaded you app and the option to increase volume to a song is really true. Plus it was still crisp and clear even at the loudest. I love it. More to play with with it. 👍
This is a fantastic app. Personally, it isn't 100% what i needed. There's plenty of other apps that will convert mp4 to mp3, while isolating each melody, rhythm and or instrament. But for editing in general, and getting hands on, this app is great. If you know what you are doing, ditch the AI generated isolation apps and download this. I wish the free trial were about 12 months long so I could learn 🤣 enjoy!
All I needed was to trim the last ~5 seconds off an audio file, and it was so user-unfriendly, that between getting it done and then locating it on my device, what should've taken less than 2 minutes (even with ads), ended up taking more like 10 minutes. Re: saving to device... once saved, it didn't go to my downloads or my audio files, and didn't even show up in my file history. I had to literally do a file search to find it on my device. It got the job done, but it was not worth the headache.
The app was great until the most recent update. I listen to my music through the library because it's located on my SD card. Now, when I try to use other apps, my mysic stops playing. The biggest problem is the fact that I can't change the storage path the app uses. Not to mention, I paid for the lifetime edition, and I still get ads periodically. Edit: Dev reached out promptly and resolved the issue. They earned my respect. I will give 5 stars once the update is out and working!
I love the simplicity of it. It allows me to edit songs I've stripped from cds, taking off the annoying bits that artists insist on adding to tracks, and preserve the actual music I want to listen to. And it's so easy to control what it does! Plus, the ads aren't outrageous and super annoying. It's an amazing app. Just wish it'd save in 320kbps, rather than 192kbps...
Currently rating for free version... Plus-I'm having an absolute blast with this. Really cool tools. So far I've mostly just used it for changing the pitch and speed of songs which has been fun getting to hear kinda what a certain band would have sounded like in a different tuning or at a different tempo but I'm sure there's much more that can be done with it. Negative- some minor tech issues. The ads on the free version are pretty constant. Like nonstop. But I have been considering upgrading.
Everything is great except the inability to save to my music or ringtone folder... Which is exactly what I need in order to use with my other apps. Uploading to g drive is useless to me, nor do I want to. If I can't figure out how, I'll cancel. I emailed myself to save, but again, it only wanted to save to g drive. Really sucks. And here I was, all happy that I could layer and all.
This app is exactly what I needed. It took a little getting used to, as I was trying to use the sliders to select my trim points. But it's much easier and more precise to simply select the exact time mark you want to set, and the app automatically jumps to a logical "play" point to let you hear the adjustment you've made. Makes it so incredibly easy to find tune!
New features have been added and there's a few more they have coming to the app soon that let you go even further into the voice and music editing process and for just a small 1 time payment that's less than $15, I'd say it's totally worth downloading and using. especially if you are a musician, vocalist, writer, editor or a student. Then this app is definitely for you and well worth the 5 star rating i'm leaving on this review. You won't be disappointed.
