Been using MUSIC BOX for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that connects musicians, music venues, and fans. Pretty solid if you’re into live music.

Here’s what you do – you can create a profile and list the kind of music you like, and the app will show you upcoming shows in your area. For musicians, you can make a profile too and connect with venues looking for your type of act. There’s also an option to share audio clips or links to your music. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s pretty useful.

Look, if you’re a big live music fan, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of MUSIC BOX. It’s not perfect – the venue search could be a bit better – but overall it does a good job of bringing musicians and fans together. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.

So here's my take on MUSIC BOX. I've tried a bunch of different apps for discovering live music and this one's pretty solid. The ability to create profiles for both fans and artists is a nice touch, and I like how it tries to match you with relevant shows and musicians. And the audio clip feature is cool too. On the downside, the venue search could use some work - it doesn't always surface the best options for your tastes. And I found the interface a little cluttered at times. But overall, it's a pretty good app if you're into the local music scene.
