Reviews for Music Player +

This has been a really good app. I've used it for many years on several different phones. Only four stars because suddenly a few weeks ago several random songs were given "album art" of random photos in my camera roll and it will not let me take them off, even with the reset artwork button. Its very annoying. And customer service gave me a generic appology and it hasn't been fixed yet. If it does get fixed, I will give five stars.

Happy to forward you 5 stars. Just a suggestion- when the app to remove adds is paid for make the app that has a + plus on it more visible. Or better still delete the free app with adds so it only leaves you with the paid app. Both the paid home button and free logo buttons look the same on my home screen of my device which made it difficult to see. It appears here on the play store but is still missing on my device.

This app is great, super easy to use. I would like if playlists, tracks, albums ect were all on the same page, rather than going back and forth. Also, when the app is running to not stop my phone from turning off the screen. And while not needed, would be nice if I could change the theme colour. Still, this is much easier to use than the last app I had, which is awesome

Great music player. Paying for Plus was definitely worth it. Only complaints are the new widget look. The new widget is less functional and aesthetic. The playlist widget doesn't let you scrub through playing songs. It would be great if the app icon could support google themed icons.

Love everything about the app .... But when scrolling through songs you need to add the letter tab makes things a little bit easier but other than that it's great the EQ Works Great it's easy to use the themes are nice , It organizes the music great has all my custom album art 💞

Awesome Music Player. Does most things right. Versatile. However, there is no way to backup playlists. Playlist backup is useful for easy transfer of playlists between devices with the same app. It could use google drive for this. If it had playlist backup, this app would be the best music player on the google play store. I just wish Music Player Plus had this feature. It should, especially since it's a paid app.

This app is amazing. I love that the app keeps track of how many times I've listened to a song. The sound effects feature is also nice. I always have it set to electronic tube. The only thing that is missing is a feature to transfer my playlist, most play count and other app data over to another phone. I would love to see this feature being added in the future. For the rest, this app is a solid 5/5. I definitely recommend it.

I like the app, but when I go into an album, (Under Folder), it puts the tracks in alphabetical order, ignoring the track number. Many albums need to be played in track order. It's a problem. As a result, I'm looking for another app. Disappointing.

Luv this app...... easy to make Playlists and move artists to the preferred list. Also, once u have everything set up, u can pick an artist and the artists albums r also separated to choose the songs u want to hear. Highly recommend this app for easy of use and options available. The one thing missing is a back-up feature. I found that getting a new phone is a pain in having to build and place music in back into playlists. Because of this, I'm changing my rating to 4 stars.

Not sure how to put this. Music Player + is like the anti-Musicolet in that it does not do file system hierarchical organization. Took a bit of getting used to, but now it is my go to player. The EQ and balance controls are quite nicely done.

I was pretty happy with the app until I got my new phone. Ever since then I've been struggling with it. Whatever setting I choose my music will either fade out and into a new song or it will cut off before the song ends and then starts the new song. As I only use this app for audiobooks I'm missing out on some parts of my book which is getting incredibly annoying. I've tried every single setting for music fading or not fading and haven't gotten closer to a solution.

How does a music player not have a sort based on tracklisting? This player has sorted everything alphabetically, and does not have a track number option in the song details like every other player in the history of man..., so unless I put numbers in front of every song (not happening) I can't listen to an album as it was intended? It can't use the numbers in the actual file name that 90% of music has? This is beyond stupid. Until this changes, 2 star rating stays.

best music player. no ads after you buy. equalizer and volume maxer

had the app since 2016 and I completely love it. it's the only music player app I use.

Bug that ruins playlists. If I have Playlist 2, and add songs from Playlist 1, it'll sort songs from Playlist 1 in alphabetical order, no matter what order you had previously, ruining Playlist 1.

Having a bug issue songs sometimes say invalid and will skip through other mp3s sometimes the song will play and no audio comes out. other than that the app is fantastic

This was my go to music app for the last 5 years. Until recently it no longer functions correctly. None of the songs in my library play. I'll select a song and visually it's playing but no audio actually comes out. Not a phone issue either because I was long overdue for a new phone and even after a new phone the app still has the same issue.

I love this Music player. The interface is fantastic and the EQ is awesome, but I don't use it. One big problem that I encountered recently. When I try to play .m4a files it is really choppy and broken up, not sure why but hopefully you guys can look into that for me. I will make my review 5 stars if you guys can fix this issue. I really don't want to go into the trouble of converting all of my files to mp3.

Very nice app, better than some paid apps. A couple of things I noticed was I have a couple of artist in the same album, like their greatest hits album. And in some albums some songs work but others will not. Something to do with the format. I wish they could add more formats then. Overall, it is a good app. I just got The Essential Paul Simon CD and this app does not support the format. I have no idea what the format is but you should add more formats to this app.

Lots of bugs. Pixel 9, random songs won't play when skipping to the next song and sometimes it will stop playing all songs until the app is force stopped... other times it will randomly skip to the next song right in the middle of a song that's currently playing. At first I thought the app was great, but with all these bugs I'll have to go back to what I was using previously.
