Messaging system is flawed. Notifications don't disappear automatically, takes a long time to load when loading messages. And for the first year I didn't get any matches because something was wrong with my account! I emailed them and they fixed it. I immediately starting getting likes. I have friends experiencing the exact same thing. There are many things that could make this app soooo much better... More details about people, smoother messaging, more intuitive controls in the settings.

I've used this app a lot over the years. I've had to go through catfishing/fake profile claims several times, it often crashes, and has buggy features like you can't edit your about me etc. Filters don't work all the time, and if you're paying to see who liked you, if 95% are people outside your filters, what use is there for them? They need to crack down on people who aren't active on the app. I have a really strong profile and I never match with anyone swiping. Not sure what's going on.

Nice idea, not always nice implementation. Can be difficult to change profile--if Facebook has your age wrong, or you go by a nickname, oh well--can't change it. Also, sometimes when you edit your profile, it doesn't save, and you have to redo it. Again, nice idea, still useable, just not always a pleasant experience. Also, everything you can buy is vastly overpriced

I made it a personal goal to swipe through at least 10 profiles a day, some days more, and others less. but even though I was swiping up for a large portion of members, I can only record 5 matches, and those were in the first few months of me using the app. After almost a year without any matches, i think either i am super worthless or the app is a bust. I choose the latter, so I am recommending that everyone remove this app, as it doesn't work.

App is buggy, as others have pointed out. Profiles constantly get mixed. I sent one of my gold notes to someone who I thought had 14 interests in common with me, but in reality only had 2. Makes me wonder about those I swiped down on. It also seems like there are not a lot of truly active people for the app. There is also a lot of ghosting and many people just don't respond. I get matches and send notes but often get nothing back. I like the features in the app though, hoping they fix the bugs.

Faulty, the mutual up servers are down if you purchase it, you cant go to their page and cancel it, but they will keep charging you, and while using the app, if you use it to long it will either glitch and stop, or straight up exit itself, do not recomend this app. besides if you are actually a member of the church, most girls that get on here are non members with totally different values just there to hookup.

Your verification system has issues. I already emailed you about it. Someone got back to me within 24hrs asking for more details. I responded. Never heard back. Followed up again. Still didn't hear back. Your subscription and other in-app costs are on the higher end compared to other apps offering similar services. You need to at least respond to issues experienced by paying customers in a timely manner.

Insanely expensive, constant notifications, and literally 0 people on the app where I live. It then tells you that people liked you, but you're not allowed to talk to them because you can't see their profile unless you pay their crazy price and it never shows them when you're scrolling. I decided to try liking every profile and didn't get a single match when apparently I was liked by 15 people??

Overall,I think the features from within the app are good. However, I often end up with errors while waiting for the app to verify me. I've not been able to log on to my profile now for almost a week. Also, I feel I'm being overcharged. I clicked on a coupon a few months ago on an offer for 10.00/ month, yet, I'm still being charged 7.99 per week? Really? I want this fixed. And please,take care of the non-stop error issues that are always popping up when trying to log in.

Im sorry but these guys need to freaking fix their stuff. I had problems with my account like a lot of people were with them not being able to login,with just the phone numbers. So i made a new account with the facebook login and it seemed like they fixed the issue and merged my old and new accounts. It seemed lime everything was fine.... It seemed. I could only see ONE picture period of just one person. I uninstalled the app and it wont even let me,reinstall. Fix your stuff, i paid good money.
