The app works fine. I met the founder at events. Good man. The problem is the customer service. I have been blocked out my account for weeks now after changing email and their bot answered me once and left me at that. In comparison, other apps are able to address issues as fast as the day of.
I have been using this app for the past 15 days, even during their trial membership. However, I've found that the platform has very little data, specifically for Shia-Ithna Ashari rishtas in Pakistan. Most profiles have blurred photos and appear to have been inactive for many months. Even when you send a compliment, the chances of receiving a reply are very low. In my case, due to the lack of suitable matches, buying a subscription would be almost useless for me.
Muzz app is good, but the payment method is not good. I've paid the subscription fee for gold membership but my account is still not updated. I'm requesting to muzz, please upgrade my account and kindly resolve the issue. I've already submitted the report 2 to 3 times with the attachment of easypaisa transaction invoice. Please r resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
Decent app but has a few issues, like any other dating / social app it has it's 'call to action' that forces you to upgrade membership. The thing I don't like about paid membership is that, unless both of you have the membership it's kinda useless. I mean if you like a profile, the other person can't even view your profile unless they're a paid member as well. I know they wanna make money and all that but still kinda feels a bit too monetized!
The app was useful at first. Now they make it so difficult to find someone with every new update they make to the app. Without the gold membership the app is far too restrictive. Also the gold membership is too expensive. I would pay if it was cheaper. I can't even see all my likes anymore just 3 or 4 appear at a time from the 100 likes so I've stopped using it
Update: I was a premium user for several months, the app contains serious technical problems. The liked profiles disappeared out of the sudden. and the customer service is HORRIBLE! Reached out to them a couple of times, and they never solved the solution nor reimbursed me (because I was simply unable to find my likes and thus send compliments). I get an automated message that a team member will reach out within 48 hours .... I heard nothing despite reaching out multiple times!
The concept behind the app is great, but the execution needs improvement. The user interface is not user-friendly, and the app often gets stuck loading when trying to view likes. I frequently have to restart it, which becomes frustrating. Overall, the software needs work, and I’d prefer to avoid the hassle until it's more stable
Earlier was better. I got lucky that when I first made a profile there were less restrictions for free profiles. Now it's almost impossible to talk to someone or gauge interest without paying for the gold membership. Otherwise if you do pay (and are okay with it) it seems things should work well if you're honest and careful, and anyone you're matching with is too. The experience depends on the users after that point. Learn how to spot red flags. And make dua and move forward.
I contacted the help line multiple times and expressed my purchasing issue. They neglected me. I was able to purchase 3 month membership before. However, it doesn't allow me to benefit 3 month membership anymore and it is giving errors. I tired multiple cards, no result. I began to believe that they blocked their 3 month membership on me so that I can purchase monthly or weekly membership for them to make more money. Just be aware that they may do the same scam to other users too.
The blur/unblur to search for people should be a basic filter for ALL USERS. If you're not a premium member, all you keep seeing is the blurred profiles. This won't motivate people to get premium membership, instead it will make them delete the app. It really put me off so I rather use something else. Why would I want to stay on an app where I can't see any of the users? This is why I'm giving it a 1 star.
