Been using My Capillary Schedule for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that creates a custom hair care schedule for you based on a quiz about your hair. Pretty solid if you’re into hair and beauty stuff.

Here’s what you do: you take a quiz where it asks about your hair type, condition, and goals. Then the app generates a schedule with steps for hydration, nutrition, and reconstruction. There’s also a feature to track your progress which is pretty cool. And you can adjust the schedule if you need to – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into taking care of your hair, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get your hair looking its best.

So here's my honest take on My Capillary Schedule. I've tested a bunch of hair care apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The quiz is thorough and the custom schedule it creates is really helpful. I've found it's made a noticeable difference in the health of my hair. The tracking features are cool too, though the UI can be a bit cluttered at times. Overall though, it's a great option if you're looking to step up your hair game.
