Been using My Doctor Online (NCAL Only) for a couple months now. It’s basically a health app that lets you manage care for you and your family. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can get personalized health reminders, book appointments, see your doctor through video visits, refill prescriptions, and view your medical records. There’s also some cool features like getting notifications about important health stuff. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you’re a Kaiser Permanente member in Northern California, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – can be a bit buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to manage your healthcare.

So here's my honest take on My Doctor Online (NCAL Only). I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty solid. The main features work well and it's super convenient to handle stuff like appointments and prescriptions. In my experience, the video visits are a nice option too. But it's not without its issues - I've found the app can be a little glitchy at times and the home screen is kinda cluttered. Overall though, if you're a Kaiser member, this is a pretty good way to take care of your health on the go.
