My experience at the Hiram location yesterday was the best one that I have had in a very long time. Eric, the store manager, talked me through what was going on with my vehicle, and he compensated me for my wait time (which was beyond my appointment time). Veronica, a service advisor, was extremely helpful as well. She's knowledgeable about her work and what she didn't know, she asked someone else for the answer. Drop in to see them. I definitely will be returning to Firestone in Hiram.

I have been going to this store for about 15 years and have always had exceptional service. the team here is awesome and always super fast.

Always great reliable service...I have never had one issue since this store opened. Dan and Jess are very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic app to not only schedule work on your vehicle, but to keep track of it all. Outstanding customer service as well!

I love this Firestone, the manager, and the mechanics. It's worth my driving the extra distance to get this kind of service!

Can't seem to manage their appointment schedule very well... They take walk ins ahead of appointments... You have to make sure and watch them to make sure work is even done... You'd think managers would check to make sure work is being performed...

really cool at first but deletes history and vehicle by itself. sucks cause I have done work outside of Firestone and have always gone into create a service record for the car. guess which service records you can't get back.

incorrect maintenance scheduled, frequent issues logging in and loading records, and now saying my email is wrong when trying to recover the my password since they keep screwing up log in. love the retail service, hate this pathetic app.

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use for a large company. I want to search tires & price but Firestone wants me to Only see what they want me to see. can't actually schedule an appointment on the app. Errors and directs you to call the store. Useless app!

App is pointless. Why even have an appointment feature when you have stores who just immediately the appointments no matter when you make them? 6 appointment attempts over the course of a month were made, they don't even usually call you to tell you that they're cancelling it. I even tried scheduling at least a week out and chose the pick up the next day option, they still cancelled it within 10 minutes. Just pointless.

The choice by Firestone to remove the mileage tracking makes this a less useful app. Without regularly entering my mileage at fill-up, I am less likely to receive notification of mileage based service needs. In looking at the new options, I don't even see any place to enter my mileage to keep the "system" updated. Major fail in my opinion.

Appointments through the app do not work. When I got to the store, there was no appointment. I never got an email or phone call regarding my appointment request being cancelled/denied. The associate at the store mentioned he tells his customers to not even bother with the app. But I'm so glad they were still able to give my car an oil change.

This app is aweful. I just want to go to my card and pay the bill. I have to link to some other account which pushes me out to some other website where I need to link my accounts and it's just a nightmare to even get my billing info when it should be 1 click, enter number, done. Terribly designed app. One of the worst I've ever seen.

App doesn't work, I uninstalled it ASAP. You can schedule an appointment at a particular FIRESTONE, but once you go there to drop off your car, the particular location had no idea you made a scheduled appointment. And the service worker said, " the app doesn't check our schedule, so you have to call them to make one. Fooking ridiculous. FAIL...

UPDATE: after posting about the problem o received a responce within minutes. I was told that my problem would be fixed by morning and it WAS. Fastest service o have had. A+. I have been trying to schedule an appointment at the warren, ohio store for over a week. Every time i try i get an error telling me to try again later. If they can't get an app to work, can they really fix my car?

Appointment scheduling not connected coordinated with actual appointment availability at stores. App has no way to return responses from stores when appointments are not available. Basically only good for getting coupons. This app team could take some serious lessons from retail app designers as mainstream as Domino's Pizza. Their app tells you all components of the pizza production process. This app tells you none. Spending $72 at Domino's, spending $720. "Things that make you go hmm"!

Suddenly the website doesn't let me sign in any more so I tried to get the app. Only to be told it no longer works with my android phone. Way to lose my business when I can't access the site or the app to even make an appointment. Keep the app basic so it always works for everyone! Do not tell me to get a new phone just for your app. My other apps work just fine.

The app does nothing except locate store which I can do in Google. It allows you set appointments all of which get canceled because apparently it doesn't show real time open appointments. The end result is you get a notice to call the store. Again, I don't need an app to do that. The "online/app only prices are either never honored or are in reality the actual cost. The only good thing is that you can link you store card to the app to make payments. You're better off just calling the store.
