Best app I've used. Very easy to navigate through and very helpful for reminder on upcoming appointments! 10/10
Reviews for My Health at Vanderbilt
← Back to My Health at Vanderbiltextremely informative App. Allowed me to view all docs and information during a recent Hospital stay.
The app is a great resource for information, scheduling, and medication management. However, during a visit today, when I checked in for the appointment on the app, it told me to sit and wait to be called. About 15 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the helpful lady at the desk to verify that I was checked in, and she informed me that I still needed to go to the desk even if I checked in on the app. I have no problem doing that, but the app should be more specific if that is required.
This app is absolutely amazing.I had stage 3 kidney cancer in 2024 and Vanderbilt did my surgery. The app makes all my appointments so easy and communication between me and my medical staff at Vanderbilt complete.i would give this app 100 stars if I could
the app was great the way it was, but they updated and it looks nice, a couple of new features and fixed some issue
This app has helped me so much my son has a rare genetics condition and is extremely sick this helps me keep in touch with all his Dr's, all of his appts, and his med changes. I can know every single test they have had to run and find out every single note his Dr's have left and Idk what I'd do without the help from this app our hospital stays and appts would fill a notebook I love that every time he's at the hospital we have clear updates and his nurses can even keep me in contact.
I don't feel like my Dr. who took over for the best Dr I have ever had (Dr.Jack Clark Jr. who retired) listens to my concerns very well ,she is very kind and sweet,I appreciate her kindness I do love that about her !! I'm just not happy with my care, I'm looking for a new doctor I hope I get one who is kind and good at listening to my concerns!!
My first time using an app to keep up with my health, appointments, test results, and other health related issues I have to say it is nice to be able to do this.
thu all my cancer treatments they were all so very caring, and helpful I changed all my doctors to them. and this app. lets you talk to any doctor and let you know when you have a appointment too..
Considering I have a terminal disease Metastatic Breast Cancer. This app is literally a life saver. Easy to use. And very helpful. I wish all hospitals and clinics had this app.
Very helpful for contacting my doctor and getting advice for health issues. I love this app. It's convenient ☺️☺️☺️
This app allows me to stay in the loop and talk with my care providers. I love this app and it's ability to simplify things for me.
The app is mostly user-friendly. Sometimes it loses connection with the server but besides that, it's easy to communicate with midwives and Vanderbilt staff, and you can access all information regarding your pregnancy and After-Visit Summaries and medical results all in one place. Highly recommend!
This app makes your experience with your health care team a dream come true. the ability to make appointments, request prescription refills, view test results, all at your fingertips, so convenient. every medical facility should use this. I am so impressed. I have had a ruptured brain aneurysm. I'm very forgetful. This app gives me the opportunity to see appt follow-up notes. Orders from your provider can be set up through this app. And much more. Friends say they wish they had this.
Very convenient. Today I also used the Telehealth feature for the first time, and I was very pleased with the convenience and technology of the features. allowing me to consult in real-time with my physician, saving time, money, and gas.
My only complaint is that I no longer receive a notification when a message is received. And by the time I do see it, I am no longer able to reply to the message because it's past 14 days. It would be nice to know when a message has been received. I've checked and all Notifications are marked as allowed, so I'm not sure why I am not getting them until I physically open the app to check and I don't have time to check multiple times a day every single day..
The original app. was way better than the last few changes. It is not as user friendly. For example when you use to check labs and they were out of the parameters you could tap on the specific test. It would take you instantly to the explanation, causes and seriousness of that under or above reading. This last update you just changed the format style for quick access! Why??? It seems like it severed no purpose other than justifying someones job! Personally just leave the dang thing alone!!
I've dealt with the apps for HCA and Ascension, and wooo buddy, Vanderbilt's app is the most user-friendly thus far. My biggest issue is that it nigh impossible to see one's trends if not on a laptop/desktop computer. But, overall, I love it because I can see upcoming appointments, doctor's notes and messages, etc. It's been super convenient to pull up information when visiting doctors, not in the Vanderbilt network.
This app is fantastic! I've used similar ones in the past and this one is so user friendly and everything is easy to find and intuitive! I do wish I could take screen shots of her appt info sometimes, adding a permissions option for that would be nice since there are just times when signal at the hospital is terrible and I just need a quick reminder of where I'm going and the app can't load.
The My Health app is the best! Being a not so organized person, the My Health app keeps everything together in one place! You can see and get reminders for upcoming appointments and what time to be there, see tests results, talk to your doctors, schedule appointments, view summary reports of your appointments, get reminders for any tests procedures and or vaccinations, medications that you may take, etc. You can also add family members to help keep track of all of their medical information!
