Been using My Highmark for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your health insurance and benefits. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do – you can check your plan coverage, find virtual care services, and even build a health profile to get personalized recommendations. And there’s also a Journey section that gives you new activities and content every day. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re into health and insurance apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little confusing at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re a Highmark member.

So here's my take on My Highmark. I've tested a bunch of health/insurance apps and this one's pretty good overall. The features are robust without being overwhelming, and I like how it pulls everything - your coverage, virtual care, personalized recommendations - into one place. And definitely makes managing your benefits a lot easier. The only downsides are that the UI can be a bit cluttered at times, and the daily content recommendations aren't always super relevant. But those are minor issues. If you're a Highmark member, I'd say this app is worth giving a try.

this company is garbage. I had a seizure, resulting in a car accident, and they deemed that the tests, medications, and admission were medically unnecessary. editing to add: I did...
Buggy mess. Location says it needs to be on. It is on. Constant technical issue notifications at the END of 6 pages of appointment scheduling. I can't get my medicine....
