The virtual 360 for scheduling appointment doesn't work at all. They need to fix there website
Reviews for My Highmark
← Back to My HighmarkAbsolute trash customer service. Unable to get app to even open with username and password. Tells me there is an error and I should contact customer service, which when I call, because there is no way to do it online except through the login that doesn't work, the bot tells me to log into the app but offers no option to talk to an actual person.
tried to get into the site but it said I need a username and password. I don't know either one and when I typed in my member 🆔 it said it wasn't correct. Very poor communication.
on my initial sign up and first use the app was pretty easy to navigate. Actual activities( walk, gym, etc) were not blatantly obvious.
Buggy mess. Location says it needs to be on. It is on. Constant technical issue notifications at the END of 6 pages of appointment scheduling. I can't get my medicine. I'm furious
this company is garbage. I had a seizure, resulting in a car accident, and they deemed that the tests, medications, and admission were medically unnecessary. editing to add: I did reach out to try to get help before I left the original review. I was hoping to help people not waste their time on the bs.
this is the worst app I have ever used. it never works and when I try and view anything about my benefits it doesn't show me anything. can't access documents or anything related to the plan. It is beyond frustrating to try and figure out anything with it. I would highly recommend not using it , total waste of time.
This is a replacement review, I just deleted the 1-star rating I left yesterday. Following a short phone call to Tech Support, we got the app working again. My only serious complaint about the app and its functionality is that it is difficult to drill down to find the link to the OTC ordering system. That may be intentional, but it is consistent.
App performance very sketchy. Takes a lot of time to provide info to client and quite often says there's an error. Can't even make changes to contact prefs without having to call customer service. This is ridiculous!
Absolutely horrible app! I received a notice from the app that I have a message. Clicked on the notice and yeah, it takes you to the app, but where is the message they notified me about? Another thing, it states I don't have a provider (yeah, I do) but when I try to select one AGAIN, it takes me out of the app to a website. I honestly don't understand the point of this app. The one star; you can see your claims.
horrible app, edit: it runs super slow. most of the time it takes over a minute just to tell me it csnt load a page. if I am searching for a procedure to do. it gives me a list of 100 things that dont have an option for me. there's no organization and definetly not made for someone new to their insurance. I seriously gave up and will just call
SEE UPDATE BELOW--Unable to login; cryptic "system error" message was of no help (if continues, contact administrator). will need to call. If irc, had a similar issue on laptop. UPDATE: logging in (after a timeout?) let me access the app okay. It didn't have what I wanted, however. From one to three stars.
EDIT: After further troubleshooting, I was able to identify the error. I located an email from Highmark with a different username as described below and was able to access the app. Still some hiccups getting in (multiple reauthentications), but able to actually access the interface and look over my Highmark benefits.
Support email in play store doesn't work/exist. In app customer service could be better, the agent is not helpful and doesn't read the previous text with the chatbot and just responds with the same answer over and over. I don't know how your system works, just explain things. Can't setup a dermatology appointment because photo upload doesn't work. get notified of a new message but it doesn't take you to where the message is and there's no notification on the app about the message. why hide it?
Downloaded and opened for the first time. Was able to login. When prompted for mandatory 2FA, the screen goes white and that's where it ends. Can't continue. I can go back one screen and try again but get the same white screen afterwards. It's completely unusable. I'll go back to the website and use that until the app designers get their stuff together. Galaxy S22 Ultra with latest OS.
Thank God. A second app from Highmark that isn't inuative, easy to use or bug free. Most of the content are the exact same pages, the document view/download still doesn't work after a year and navigating to app is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Good call on the 2nd app since you absolutely NAILED the first. *Update*- monthly statements for those that have an attached HSA account cant download the document on mobile. Fantastic.
App is sooo difficult to sign in with. Your two step verification is the worst! I have to go to my email to get the code and your app automatically resets ...I have to sign back in....then the code is no good. Even under 5 minutes I actually have to use two devices to sign into your app on my phone. One for my email and one for your app!! Just awful.
My company switched to Highmark and I set up my account on the website. I downloaded the app on both of my phones (iPhone and Android) and tried using the app on my computer. In all three cases when I try to login to my account through the app it reports that my account has expired and I no longer have access. I can't provide a legitimate score until I can get into the app to see how it works, but I couldn't post my review unless I provided a score...
The app is good when you can actually log in. One day, I can log in and look at everything. The next won't let me log in, and it keeps telling me it's the wrong login info. Update, 3 months later and I still have the same problem. Now, it says my biometrics have expired. How does that even happen? This is the only app that has ever done that.
I got a text that I have a message. I opened the app and was forced to update. After the update, I was forced to set up 2 factor login so I did. I got my login verification code and entered it, logged in, only for it to say something went wrong, try again later. Now I have a message waiting in my account that I'm unable to access. Great job.
