tried to get into the site but it said I need a username and password. I don’t know either one and when I typed in my member 🆔 it said it wasn’t correct. Very poor communication.

on my initial sign up and first use the app was pretty easy to navigate. Actual activities( walk, gym, etc) were not blatantly obvious.

App performance very sketchy. Takes a lot of time to provide info to client and quite often says there’s an error. Can’t even make changes to contact prefs without having to call customer service. This is ridiculous!

SEE UPDATE BELOW–Unable to login; cryptic “system error” message was of no help (if continues, contact administrator). will need to call. If irc, had a similar issue on laptop. UPDATE: logging in (after a timeout?) let me access the app okay. It didn’t have what I wanted, however. From one to three stars.

EDIT: After further troubleshooting, I was able to identify the error. I located an email from Highmark with a different username as described below and was able to access the app. Still some hiccups getting in (multiple reauthentications), but able to actually access the interface and look over my Highmark benefits.
