I appreciate the convenience of being able to manage my PCP and find doctors accepting new patients with my insurance but it's challenging to navigate, still doesn't have the basic benefit information yet (almost a year later), no way to request or access healthy rewards and little to no options to customize appearance, content or even personal information.
Alerts bug and repeat themselves after blank boxes, Molina Rewards returns an error as "User doesn't exist", cost estimator doesn't have a button to use it, or at least it's not working (I pressed everywhere). Adding ID card to google wallet gives an error. So, if anything is working it's registration, that's it.
Fix it!! I really like the new look. It is easy to navigate. My problem is the app isn't updating my numbers and email info. Also I can not make a payment. It keeps saying it's invalid. I have tried credit card as well as checking information. HELP!!
Both the app and website are completely useless and don't even work properly. "You can make payments through your profile" oh yeah? ZERO options to do this anywhere, I had to GOOGLE molina payment just to get to the right place (completely different site btw). Try to contact member services via msg since it won't update my coverage and it won't let me compose it in the app and the site won't let me send. Absolute waste of space on my phone.
Had me log in to an app facade, but took me to a website. It is supposed to be a mobile app-i.e. for the phone. It had all the info on the website in tiny print so you could see the entire page. TINY PRINT!!! Couldnt expand the page, couldnt change orientation. Links did not work and never found the place to order the OTC stuff I am supposedly supposed to be able to order from the app. Not good at all.
This app doesn't have any of the resource links it had. Its pretty much useless.
Useless!! The Health feature doesn't work, it just show a white page, nothing!!!!

y'all got all these pcps that say they are available, but when you actually call to make an appointment they say they aren't accepting new patients. I've been calling both my clinic and insurance for days trying to figure out if I have a PCP or not and y'all make everything so complicated.
This app is awful. Most of the tabs are just blank. I can't see any of my health info because again it's just a blank page. Sent a message asking how to change my pcp and have gotten no response. Pointless app.
