information is always inaccurate or it doesn't show the bus location at all. I've used this app for several years and it's never worked properly. it will tell you that the bus will be at your location at a certain time and then show up an hour late leaving many parents and kids waiting out at the bus stop for ridiculous amount of time. this app will show the bus all the way across town and then 2 minutes later when you check it again it shows the bus has already passed your house.

It tracked a bus for maybe 2 weeks, bus broke down and it hasn't tracked a bus for us in another couple weeks so it is useless. And like another person commented, the pickup and drop off times are completely useless as well as they have never, not once, been anywhere close to accurate.
Very inaccurate, at times she'll be at home And I'll get the notification that her card was scanned And she boarded the bus at a different school. also in the morning, it will show a different time for pickup. It won't update until the bus has already picked them up And left, for example, it will show pick up at 8:13 and by 7:54the bus has already passed our stop almost 20min. difference and the app won't update real time until it's already passed
This is the worst app I have ever used. It never says the right times... It's completely unreliable and useless. I end up standing outside waiting for the bus for at least half an hour sometimes more every single day. My kiddo is a kindergarten so there has to be an adult to get him off of the bus. I Especially loved the day it poured down rain on me for 45 minutes. Please do better. We don't all have a bus that drives up to our front doors. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option.
This app is barely working. Just checked in, and it said early arrival, 20 minutes early. I rushed out the door and ended up having to wait 20 minutes until the scheduled time that it normally comes by because the tracker wasn't working, and it just showed a static bus graphic. But when it works, it's alright. I guess. It's not very user friendly and the UI is very cluttered.
Not at all accurate, nothing loads half the time. Bus location changes by miles in a moment, so we never know for sure how close the bus is until it at the atop. The school blames the app. literally serves no purpose. currently logged out and unable to log back in. app just crashes. uninstalled and reinstalled. still can't get in. been using this app for 4 years, and it has never been great.
The app is nice. It's pretty much accurate. It lags sometimes. I use it everyday. Makes it even more easier because my 3 kids all goes to different schools but all rides the same bus. I know if the high school is running behind, the other 2 schools may be as well. App helps so kids don't have to be standing outside waiting.
This app was great when I started using it. Then it asked me to download the updated version, and now it's so clunky and poor I hate it. I have to click "download" every single time I open the app and then click "open" to get to the students' page. The map now versus the map earlier is very poor, and side roads don't show up unless you enlarge the map. Try doing all of this juggling kids and babies and trying to get out to the bus on time. Add some weather in, and it's even more frustrating!
After logging out of a different device, the app no longer works on my primary device and won't let me do anything...even log out/in! I've tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, updating if needed, etc. I've even sent feedback with no response. I now have to use the website to see any information. This app never worked flawlessly but now it's been the most frustrating app I've ever encountered.
Tracking works OK. It gives a rough idea of location, which is good enough for me. I don't really blame the app for deficiency. We're talking about underfunded public school buses and equipment here. The frustrating thing about the app itself is that it will randomly log me out every few weeks, even if I used it earlier in the day. So sometimes I need a quick look and have to take the extra time to log back in.
The app is not super intuitive, but once you add a student, you can check bus pickup/drop-off details and see the location of the bus. It would be nice if you could get notifications for when the bus leaves school or when the bus is 2 stops away or something like that, because sometimes the app tells you the bus will be 20 mins late and a minute later it tells you it's on time, so you delay leaving work and then all of the sudden the bus is back on time and you're going to be late.
Horrible App for simple to fix reasons. Enrolling a child enter their student ID and date of birth, but there is no format shown for the date. Don't guess it correctly and it won't find your kid. Also inside the app, change the label to "Bus" or "Bus Number" instead of "Run Package" or "Description". Not very user friendly.
Horrible! I'm not sure what this app is for exactly. I THOUGHT it was to track the bus in real time. It almost never shows anything- no bus, no status available. Then when I refresh, the bus is shown but it just stays put on the map. Refresh yet again, then the bus disappears again but the status may say something like Early Arrival but no bus shows for some time. Refresh, and then, Late Arrival or No Update Available. It's not accurate at all. I don't see a need for this app!
Serves no purpose. it doesn't send notifications. you have to open the app, find the bus on the map, click follow, and keep it open to track the bus "live" but its not live. the the estimated pickup and drop-off times are useless, they don't help, don't rely on them to he anywhere near accurate. I'm looking into how much my district paid for the contract with this company and what they actually paid for. its a scam. prove me wrong
This is a great and useful app for parents who want peace of mind on coordinating time management in the mornings and afternoon pick up. It's not 100% accurate on the bus location, but I'm hopeful it'll improve in the future. I really like the feature of turning on traffic conditions and if it's not your cup of tea, it's simple to click and hide. You can also follow the bus as it moves, but it zooms in on the bus which limits the field of vision on the map. Other than that, I'm happy with it. 🙏
Not sure what happened, but this app is practically impossible to use now. The app redirects to a website after opening it all the time, and confirming if I want to sign in. This wouldn't be such an issue if the website actually worked properly and could connect to the app effectively. For some reason, changing anything in settings causes an error and is unable to save. I gave two stars rather than one just because the app is at least somewhat usable half the time, and the layout is simple.
No notifications to let you know the bus is in an area or radius, 90% of the time the bus shows sitting in one spot, and "follow" the bus will only zoom in to the center of the screen. You can't zoom in and track along the screen to see the bus path. Our district switched to this app 2 years ago and it's never gotten any better. Bug fixes for random things while basic functions never work. Yeah, good job. 🙄
I'm done trying to use this. Buses are always off the time it says it will arrive. It's hardly ever accurate. No notifications for when the bus is running late. Arrival and departure times fluctuate by as much as 20 minutes. Now the buses don't follow times because they assume we all have this junk app. Really wondering how much money my school district wasted on this app. I'll be recommending they get rid of this.
it works about one day a week. The rest of the time, it says the route is active but doesn't show the bus or it shows the bus in the wrong location, or it simply doesn't even show the route active. Scan notifications are hit or miss. EDIT: Nice, blame the school that's been working with you and you can't seem to fix your software. Reduced to 1 star after that response from you.
