information is always inaccurate or it doesn't show the bus location at all. I've used this app for several years and it's never worked properly. it will tell you that the bus will be at your location at a certain time and then show up an hour late leaving many parents and kids waiting out at the bus stop for ridiculous amount of time. this app will show the bus all the way across town and then 2 minutes later when you check it again it shows the bus has already passed your house.

The app has been pretty reliable. There are issues with the notifications coming late or not at all. Also a suggestion would be that when I click on the notification it takes me to the bus location instead of a list of notifications.

It tracked a bus for maybe 2 weeks, bus broke down and it hasn't tracked a bus for us in another couple weeks so it is useless. And like another person commented, the pickup and drop off times are completely useless as well as they have never, not once, been anywhere close to accurate.

Very inaccurate, at times she'll be at home And I'll get the notification that her card was scanned And she boarded the bus at a different school. also in the morning, it will show a different time for pickup. It won't update until the bus has already picked them up And left, for example, it will show pick up at 8:13 and by 7:54the bus has already passed our stop almost 20min. difference and the app won't update real time until it's already passed

This is the worst app I have ever used. It never says the right times... It's completely unreliable and useless. I end up standing outside waiting for the bus for at least half an hour sometimes more every single day. My kiddo is a kindergarten so there has to be an adult to get him off of the bus. I Especially loved the day it poured down rain on me for 45 minutes. Please do better. We don't all have a bus that drives up to our front doors. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option.

This app is barely working. Just checked in, and it said early arrival, 20 minutes early. I rushed out the door and ended up having to wait 20 minutes until the scheduled time that it normally comes by because the tracker wasn't working, and it just showed a static bus graphic. But when it works, it's alright. I guess. It's not very user friendly and the UI is very cluttered.

Not at all accurate, nothing loads half the time. Bus location changes by miles in a moment, so we never know for sure how close the bus is until it at the atop. The school blames the app. literally serves no purpose. currently logged out and unable to log back in. app just crashes. uninstalled and reinstalled. still can't get in. been using this app for 4 years, and it has never been great.

The app is nice. It's pretty much accurate. It lags sometimes. I use it everyday. Makes it even more easier because my 3 kids all goes to different schools but all rides the same bus. I know if the high school is running behind, the other 2 schools may be as well. App helps so kids don't have to be standing outside waiting.

This app was great when I started using it. Then it asked me to download the updated version, and now it's so clunky and poor I hate it. I have to click "download" every single time I open the app and then click "open" to get to the students' page. The map now versus the map earlier is very poor, and side roads don't show up unless you enlarge the map. Try doing all of this juggling kids and babies and trying to get out to the bus on time. Add some weather in, and it's even more frustrating!

After logging out of a different device, the app no longer works on my primary device and won't let me do anything...even log out/in! I've tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, updating if needed, etc. I've even sent feedback with no response. I now have to use the website to see any information. This app never worked flawlessly but now it's been the most frustrating app I've ever encountered.
