Been using My Smart Solids: BLW Baby Food for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your baby’s transition to solid foods, whether you’re doing baby-led weaning (BLW) or purees. And there’s a huge database of 700+ ingredients with age-appropriate serving and cutting instructions. You can log your baby’s preferences and allergens, and the app creates personalized recipes and meal plans. Pretty solid app if you’re a parent trying to figure out this whole solid foods thing.
