It’s basically an app that helps you manage your baby’s transition to solid foods, whether you’re doing baby-led weaning (BLW) or purees. You can log your baby’s preferences and allergens, and the app creates personalized recipes and meal plans. Pretty solid app if you’re a parent trying to figure out this whole solid foods thing.

So here's my honest take on My Smart Solids: BLW Baby Food. I've tested a bunch of parenting apps and this one's actually pretty darn good. The personalization features are super helpful - you can easily log your baby's likes, dislikes, and any allergies. And the recipe suggestions are on point, with tons of variety beyond the basic purees. The only downside is that the app can get a little cluttered with all the info, but overall it makes mealtime way less stressful. I'd recommend this to any parent starting to introduce solids.
