sucks since last update nothing works in the app since update can't pay bill can't chat to support

I have been using the app no problem. now I can't get in to pay the primary account.. I paid the secondary account without problem.

billings are inaccurate and a mess, call center horrible, dropped calls, hung up on, no ability to rectify promptly, ive spent hours, sub standard custome service, sign of the times, billing increases billed to my credit card, 40% higher than i agreed to in store at verizon, quite disapointing

really having a hard time getting the app to work. I have to do everything 2, 3, or more times to get it to work. I tried to pay my bill 7 times on 3 different days before it actually worked.

security is too tight, I'm not handling launch codes. I need quick easy access to my account. I've spent an inordinate amount of time getting account access established. Hopefully it won't be so hard as time goes on.a z

Fix your stupid AI Calls. It asks to click the link to verify and then send text without link.

when I first got Verizon Business 2 years ago it was great bill was normal (supposed to be paying around $240) about a year got a call from a V rep They redid bill calculated savings brought bill down to 209 which was really great was able budget to add another iphone & an iWatch last Christmas - I was told in the shop that my bill would be back around $250- My bill has consistently been over $400 past 6 months everytime I call they hang up on me it's ridiculous considering switching to cricket!

You can never get a live agent, even though that's the only way you can get ahold of anyone. Nothing gets accomplished or answered.

App updated and now it hides all my info on paying my bill. I also have to manually sign in every time now.

This app is terrible. It is difficult to navigate. I requested previous months' bills and it sent me on an endless loop of logging in and requiring a verification code sent to my phone. The app is absolutely awful, but the website is even worse. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Porting my numbers out from Verizon. Horrible service. They are holding my paid off Galaxy Ultra hostage by not unlocking it for other carriers. It should have been automatically unlocked a long time ago, but somehow, it didn't happen. Now I am stuck without a working phone for my business, and it is causing financial harm. Grade: F ----------

I've tried 5 times to pay my bill and can't. I guess I need to log on with my laptop. The business account lacks several key features that I loved before changing my account over.

you're auto payment system with the operator isn't good. doesn't work. I literally have to go to a Verizon store to pay my bill. the auto attendant stinks. I type in my credit card # and the system doesn't recognize the numbers

App Is Useless Update. App has continued to decline Verizon is not concerned. Update. 1-2-25. This type of app would be anticipated for like cricket wireless or some pay as you go brand. Finding a hard time justifying the high cost of Verizon with the zero lack of effort on their end and or capabilities with any of their apps or employees 8-25-25 I would be embarrassed to say that this was the application for my business. Its still continues to be one of the worst applications I have used.

I was offered a 30 day free trial for the Verizon internet service and then received a bill for it after it was retruned wiuthin the 30 day window. I just spent 15 minutesnon the phone with them getting nowhere. Their service is terrible!!!

The app design is decent, but there are multiple problems that need to be addressed. It won't recognize password logins; thankfully my biometric login was saved, so I can still even use it. There's too much information; some things simply don't need to be accessed in the app. And seriously, what is with purchasing devices and accessories on a business plan? Why do you have to make it so complicated and broken? You shouldn't need a whole different store just for business purchases...

AWFUL Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business account manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

App isn't great. The setup is atrocious and took hours of tech support on the phone and so many "temporary" pass codes. After downloading the app, more of the same. I guess we'll see after some use. Been a VZW customer for almost 20 years and they've now switched me to a corporate acct. Thought it would be easier. Business owners have businesses to run. We shouldn't have to spend hours setting up a non-user friendly app. Not impressedb whatsoever.
