I have been using the app no problem. now I can't get in to pay the primary account.. I paid the secondary account without problem.
billings are inaccurate and a mess, call center horrible, dropped calls, hung up on, no ability to rectify promptly, ive spent hours, sub standard custome service, sign of the times, billing increases billed to my credit card, 40% higher than i agreed to in store at verizon, quite disapointing
really having a hard time getting the app to work. I have to do everything 2, 3, or more times to get it to work. I tried to pay my bill 7 times on 3 different days before it actually worked.

when I first got Verizon Business 2 years ago it was great bill was normal (supposed to be paying around $240) about a year got a call from a V rep They redid bill calculated savings brought bill down to 209 which was really great was able budget to add another iphone & an iWatch last Christmas - I was told in the shop that my bill would be back around $250- My bill has consistently been over $400 past 6 months everytime I call they hang up on me it's ridiculous considering switching to cricket!
You can never get a live agent, even though that's the only way you can get ahold of anyone. Nothing gets accomplished or answered.
